- mayonnaise - 180-200 ml.,
- garlic - 2-3 cloves,
- black pepper, salt - to taste,
- tomato, parsley - for decoration.

How to cook with a photo step by step




1. Rinse the zucchini and grate on coarse grater along with the skin. If it turns out to be "old", then remove the upper solid part, as well as the seeds. Salt and leave for a while (until the main dough is ready). During this time, the mass will “let go” the juice, which will later be used in cooking.




2. In a bowl, combine the egg, dried garlic, salt and sugar.
