Today I want to bring to your attention my signature recipe fast yeast dough for pies. I have been using this recipe for more than 15 years, it has become a favorite with family and friends. I cook from this dough fried pies, but you can also bake in the oven (I don’t bake in the oven because I don’t like wind pies).
