70~80g yeast dough, 3~9 strawberries (60~80g), 1~2 tsp sugar (8~15g), 1/3 teaspoon starch (~3g), vegetable oil for frying

4) Roll out the layered dough into a layer 40x30cm, cut the layer into 6 equal pieces about 10x12cm.
5) To prevent the envelopes from spreading during frying, grease the edges around the perimeter with a beaten egg.
