The pizza was a success, so I am sharing with you the cooking process.

First of all, we will need plain dough for pizza. Everyone, for sure, has their favorite recipe, and cook according to it. You can use my pizza dough recipe. In general, we will assume that we have the dough, and we will deal with the filling.


If you are using ready sauce for pizza, you can immediately start preparing the toppings. I love making my own sauce. To do this, I fry chopped tomatoes with onions and garlic and boil until thick sauce, I put salt, sugar, dried basil. I leave to cool. Today, this process took even less time, because for the lazy they came up with mashed tomatoes (without skins, without seeds - beauty :)) Do not confuse with tomato paste.


Chicken breast cut into thin strips and fried in a small amount oils.


We cut the champignons into small plastics, zucchini and pepper into cubes, chop the onion and garlic.


We shift the chicken to the side, fry the onion with garlic and mushrooms.


Then add zucchini and Bell pepper, fry, mix, salt, pepper and leave to soak a little.

We rub cheese. It is better to take mozzarella, but not brine. I also like to crumble some blue cheese. Gives pizza some zest.


Now we roll out circles with a diameter of 20-25 cm from the dough, the dough should be slightly thin, otherwise it will tear and it will be inconvenient to transfer to a baking sheet. By the way, you can transfer the rolled layer onto baking paper and lay out the filling there and pinch it.

For filling:

  • chicken fillet - 150-200 g;
  • vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp. spoons (for frying chicken);
  • tomato - 1 large (or 2 small);
  • bulb - 1 pc. small;
  • hard cheese - about 80 g;
  • mozzarella - about 80 g;
  • green onion- a few feathers;
  • bell pepper - ½ pcs.;
  • olives - 7-8 pcs.;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

How to make the dough for a closed pizza calzone
