We take out butter or margarine from a cold place in advance so that it is slightly softened, i.e. room temperature. We put sour cream, sugar and a pinch of salt to it.

We begin to knead the dough with our hands. If necessary, you can add a little more flour than indicated in the recipe. The dough should not be too dense and slightly sticky to your hands. We collect it in a ball, cover cling film and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour.
