Not a single holiday in my family is complete without a salad with canned champignon mushrooms. I add other delicious ingredients to it - chicken, corn, cucumbers, hard cheese, boiled eggs. Such a salad is usually eaten very first, so I cook it “with a margin” - in double or even triple quantities.
