To prepare such a biscuit, you need flour, eggs, cocoa, butter, sour cream, sugar, soda and vinegar.

In a deep bowl, add sour cream and softened butter. We extinguish the soda with vinegar and add to the fermented milk medium. We also beat the eggs. We mix.

The next step is to sift the flour. We mix.

With a small piece of butter, grease a detachable mold into which we pour the dough. We bake a biscuit for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. After the biscuit is cooked, it must be cooled and cut off the top, literally 1-2 mm (so that there is a hitch with the curd layer).
