I had an employee at work who absolutely did not like to cook, and generally did not even consider it necessary to spend her time on it. At the same time, her husband and son simply adored her and with pleasure ate store dumplings, canteens and borscht, which her mother-in-law brought right in a saucepan across the city.
When they moved to a new apartment, made repairs, ordered a kitchen with built-in appliances, it was not surprising to me that there was no place for an oven on it. Of the necessary for cooking, there was only a hob with two burners for heating food and a microwave. But there, in the corner, there was a huge refrigerator and, of course, the pride of the hostess - a dishwasher.
But what was my surprise when, on her next birthday, our employee treated us to a magnificent cake. And it’s not even that I doubted her culinary abilities, but that I didn’t understand how she cooked it without an oven.
But, everything turned out to be much simpler than I thought: the recipe suggests that we bake the dough for cakes not in the oven, but right in the pan! It's essentially like pancakes layered with butter-custard. And indeed, the cake in a pan with condensed milk, the recipe with the photo of which I propose, turned out to be a miracle, how good it was - magnificent cakes soaked in cream just melted in your mouth.
It is clear that I could not help but take the recipe into service, and now I often cook for my family. I will say right away that you will have to tinker a bit to bake the cakes (it will take about 15 minutes), and after we coat the cakes with cream, they must be given time to soak. As for the decor of the cake, everything is in your hands - almond crumbs, coconut flakes, chocolate, candied fruit.


Ingredients
For test:
- condensed milk - 1 can,
- flour - 450 g,
- table chicken egg - 1 pc.,
- baking soda (slaked) - 1 tsp

For cream:
- whole milk - 500 ml,
- table chicken eggs - 2 pcs.,
- granulated sugar - 1 glass,
- flour - 2 tablespoons,
- butter - 180 g,
- vanillin.

First of all, we prepare the cream. To do this, break the eggs into a bowl, pour in the milk, add sugar and vanilla. Beat the mixture with a mixer.




Next, add flour and beat thoroughly.

Cake Ingredients:

Divide your flour billet into eight identical balls.

Lubricate the bottom of the frying pan with vegetable oil and put it on the fire to warm it up. Bake a biscuit for half an hour. The process of preparing cakes will directly depend not only on the volume of the pan.
