    However, do not forget about the accompanying factors that directly affect health. Now I'm talking about the quality of food, which has deteriorated significantly in recent years.

    Indeed, at first glance, it is almost impossible to distinguish genetically modified vegetables and fruits. There is no composition here, no one will tell us what fertilizers were used to grow fruits, and also where they were stored. But we will omit all the "pressing" problems.

    Today I would like to tell you about the preparation of "buns", buns with sugar, with which all my childhood passed. Then, walking in the yard, happiness consisted in a sugar bun in the form of a heart and a warm glass of milk. It's amazing how things change over time, but tastes stay the same.

    This is definitely one of the most famous dishes Soviet cuisine, which is easy to cook at home. The recipe, as always, I took from my beloved grandmother.     1. Mix dry yeast (you can use "live" 50 gr.) With salt and sugar, pour milk.

    4. When the dough is ready, make small balls and leave to rise for 10 minutes.

    5. We form hearts. To do this, roll out the dough and grease it on top. sunflower oil.

    Roll into rolls and fold in half so that the seam is inside. We squeeze the tips with our fingers and make a cut in the middle. Then we twist both parts of the heart and our bun is ready. Lubricate with yolk and sprinkle with sugar.
