Do I need to eat soup - the opinion of a nutritionist. soup diets

A day of solemn revenge on ignorance!

Take measurements:
How much does your lacquer-dissolving substrate need - for nail polish remover?
Now add as much pure water how much soup do you eat.
Repeat measurements.
Not tired of waiting?
Got it?

From our mouth all the way to our anus, food is transformed from a complex molecular heap under the influence of our ‘solvents’ (saliva, enzymes, hydrochloric acid, bile, etc.) into a bed of molecules that we can assimilate.

Soup SIGNIFICANTLY dilutes our digestive "solvents".

In my medical career, parents of their children often use me as an authority to influence their children:
Like, explain, as a doctor, to my daughter or son that liquid should be eaten.

Although I am NOT a pediator, and this does not concern me much.

Should I eat liquid?
Is it good or bad to eat liquid?

I will be brief:
There is no need for liquid.

Eating liquid is NOT harmful.

Eating liquid is NOT helpful.

There is a liquid CAN!

That is, it all depends on what kind of soup, broth or fish soup you eat.
Ukha from Fugu is better not to drink.

And as a separate dish without a second and dessert and appetizers.

Liquid DISTURBES AND SLOWS digestion.
It also fills the stomach, creating a feeling of fullness. Exactly!
And you were told the opposite kindergarten and your relatives? Do not worry. They are just mere mortals just like you. They were also deceived. Moreover, it was beneficial for everyone.

No, this is not a mistake of scientists.
This is a scientific and economic collusion at the state level of the former USSR.

ABOUT little use or no significant harm to the liquid has always been known.
For any person who even briefly got acquainted with the normal physiology of the gastrointestinal tract.

Soup is very cheap to produce. Gives a great feeling of satiety.
It's cheaper than giving you another piece of meat and fresh vegetables to the diet you already have.
It's easier to add fat to the soup - and you will get everything required calories and you can continue to work in peace. For the good of the empire!

Understand: it's much cheaper and easier.
And most importantly, the damage is not particularly critical.
It was profitable then.
And now, too, it helps so much with saving.

But it dilutes enzymes and gastric juice in the stomach.
What interferes and greatly slows down the catabolism and absorption of macro and micro nutrients.

And most importantly: there are very few Macro and Micro nutrients in the liquid.
That is, proteins (like a bacterium for piss) carbohydrates, fats (you need to put something fatty) and vitamins.

Yes, you understood everything correctly: not only does 'itself' prevent you from getting the benefit of other food, but it does not give anything in return.

I wouldn't say it's a big deal.
But I definitely would NOT call it useful.

One of the myths that liquid helps us go to the toilet well:
A good act of defecation from food is facilitated by the following factors:

1. Hardness of food - raw vegetables or meat is the standard.
Hard food stimulates intestinal motility. That is, the mechanics of movement and mixing into a homogeneous mass.
2. The presence of fat - the more the better (but not for your figure). like lubricant)
3. Spices, spices and special chemical composition products.
4. The amount of food - the more the faster ... the second pushes the first.
5. Water - big the amount of water in EXACTLY IN THE INTERNAL COMPOSITION OF THE PRODUCT, the more the better.
If there is not enough water, then the gastrointestinal tract will add.
Example:
Raw vegetables and fruits.
Water is already present in large quantities in foods. Free water should not be added.
6. Free water before meals. That is, drink well before you start eating.

The most important factor is the first.
All the rest we usually use and take into account even if we didn’t know about them.

Summary:
1. Love liquid - drink and do not worry. That's not fatal.

2. Don't like liquid - DO NOT drink and everything will be EVEN BETTER.
But remember to eat vegetables! Preferably raw.

3. Soup is better to eat separately, from all food.

4. Soup is a very profitable thing - if your goal is to SAVE AND EAT.

5. You can lose weight on soup.
If you do not put anything fatty there and do not put starchy carbohydrates (potatoes or noodles)

6. Most healthy soup: subscribe to my channel and I will talk about it in the next story!

A liquid diet is one of the options for temporary nutrition for weight loss or in connection with any medical condition. What do we know about her?

Whether you're preparing for gastrointestinal surgery, a bowel exam, recovering from food poisoning or a rotavirus infection, or just want to lose weight using a new type of diet, try drinking calories instead of eating.

The liquid diet has stricter and more relaxed options. Strict option liquid diet for weight loss implies the use of the most transparent liquids and the complete exclusion of dairy products, in a simpler type dairy products, liquid cereals and pureed soups are allowed. Some liquid diets are limited to vegetable and fruit juices only.

What is included in a liquid diet?

  • Fruit juices without pulp, such as apple or white grape juice
  • Fruit drinks such as strained compote or homemade lemonade
  • Gelatin
  • Tea or coffee without milk and cream
  • Strained tomato or other vegetable juice
  • sports drinks
  • Clear, fat-free broth
  • honey or sugar
  • Transparent caramel candies
  • Pureed vegetable soups
  • Smoothies
  • Protein shakes
  • Liquid oatmeal
  • Natural yogurt or kefir without additives

Puree soup - a good option for lunch and dinner. The soup must be thoroughly chopped and, if necessary, strained to avoid pieces. You can add yogurt, avocado or tofu to increase the amount nutrients. Pureed baby food can also be used on an "opaque" diet, although you may need to dilute it with water, milk, or broth.

You can also have fruit smoothies made with yogurt and puree without skin and seeds, or kefir. If you need to add calories, include honey either maple syrup to sweeten your smoothie, and use some melted butter on the thin porridge.

Will there be results?

The liquid diet was originally created for use in medical purposes, after which it “went to the masses”. Like any calorie-restricted diet, this diet will help you lose weight in short time. But the result will not last long if you eat as usual after a liquid diet. With a sharp reduction in calories, the metabolism slows down, and as a result, the body begins to “store reserves”. Therefore, after a liquid diet, you should carefully monitor your diet so as not to gain weight back. Studies show that alternating dietary (whole grains, vegetables) and liquid foods leads to better results than using these diets alone.

liquid nutrition takes the load off gastrointestinal tract, cleanses the intestines, so this is a good start for the transition to a healthier and diet food.

Is a liquid diet safe?

If your diet is chosen correctly, and a specialist should do this, then you will receive the necessary trace elements. However, a “transparent” diet implies the exclusion of everything minimally solid, which means that the body will not receive the fiber necessary for many processes, but primarily for digestion.

Staying on a liquid diet for more than a week is undesirable. A “transparent” diet is not recommended to be followed for longer than 2-3 days.

Experts recommend combining liquid and solid dietary nutrition to achieve best results. For example, a few days of a “clear” diet, the rest of the week just liquid food, and after that liquid meals remain as 1-2 meals per day.

Before switching to such a diet, be sure to consult a doctor. He will recommend whether any tests are needed, as there are medical contraindications for this type of diet, such as diabetes, pregnancy, kidney disease, diabetes, heart disease, or high blood pressure.

Doctors warn that liquid diet you may experience headaches, bowel problems, mood swings. Many advocates of juice detoxes claim that this is the body's reaction to cleansing, but doctors are skeptical about such claims. They say the trouble with a liquid diet is that calorie intake is so low that blood sugar levels drop and the intestines don't get fiber, which simply stops working.

We understand the features of the ceramic protective composition.

Until recently, special wax-based coatings were the main defenders of cars from various hostile factors. Today, the palm was taken away from them by compositions called "liquid glass" based on ceramics.

What is "liquid glass"?

Ceramic coating gives the car a mirror-like shine, protects the bodywork from scratches, chips, UV radiation and negative impact chemicals, and also increases the water and dirt repellency of the "steel horse".

That's just worth such a "pumping" vehicle a significant amount, and only specially trained people in suitable conditions. And all because “liquid glass”, like any other ceramic coating, is a fruit hard work chemists. These "things" contain substances that the layman is unlikely to have heard of. And, of course, they contain nano-elements that are popular these days. How can at least one modern development do without "nano"? It's a fashion trend.

But nano-elements are contained in "liquid glass" not for the sake of beautiful name. Some of them affect the strength of the coating, making it better. Others, "work" with repulsive abilities. In general, in this case from "nano" there is a sense.

If you dig into the theory, you can find out that all ceramic products are based on silicon dioxide, commonly known as sand. It is clear that not the sand itself is used, but the salts of silicic acids - silicates. By the way, they are also used for the “preparation” of the well-known stationery glue.

The first "liquid glass" was developed by the German chemist Jan Nepomuk von Fuchs back in 1818. And it is unlikely that then he could have thought that his invention would benefit cars, especially since they did not exist then.

Almost two hundred years later, science has gone ahead. That very first "liquid glass" has now been significantly "pumped" by adding many different elements to it. If you do not get into the chemical jungle, one thing can be said: the composition of ceramic coatings (in addition to silicic acid salts) in most cases includes six more elements - titanium oxide, silicon dioxide, aluminum dioxide, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, alkoxysilane and surfactants.

Application problems

Before applying liquid glass to a car, it must be put in order. Namely: how to wash and clean the body, degrease the surface (for these purposes, special substances are used that gently affect the paintwork of the car without damaging it), polish the entire car, including headlights and all glass.

Then you need to eliminate even minor chips and polish again, this time to a mirror finish. And only after that the "steel horse" is covered with a ceramic substance. The number of layers can vary from 3 to 10. Then the car will dry for about 8 hours.

As you can see, only a fanatical car owner can do such work on his own in the garage. It is much easier to drive a car to a service station and transfer it to specialists for a couple of days.

Now about the most exciting - the prices. Of course, in different workshops they will vary, but not too much. So, coating with "liquid glass" of an ordinary passenger car will cost 18 thousand rubles, an SUV - a couple of thousand more. For the processing of all glasses will have to pay about 6 thousand rubles. Only the wind or only the rear - one and a half thousand, about a thousand are asked for the "sidewall". These prices include both the work of the master and the cost of the material. In general, the pleasure is not cheap.

Competence of the composition

Manufacturers of ceramic substances promise that their coating will reliably protect the car for about three years. But, as practice shows, after a year and a half, or even earlier, the “liquid glass” has to be updated, - unless, of course, the car is operated every day.

As for “bathing a steel horse”, you can’t wash a car in the first week after the procedure. The fact is that "liquid glass" does not immediately seize. Some firms are reinsured and recommend avoiding water procedures for two or even three weeks. When this “gentle” period is over, dirt and dust will not cling to the body as much as before, and a simple rinse will be enough to restore the presentation. And given that there are more and more self-service car washes, the cost of keeping a car clean will be a couple of hundred rubles a week.

Hello dear friend.

In the last article, I told you what consequences await people with Bechterew's disease when using meat broths. Any broths, even chicken ones, carry more harm than benefit for people weakened by the disease.

So the same applies to soups and borscht and liquid cereals. After all, borscht and soups, and sometimes porridge, are usually boiled in meat broths. And it turns out that all the harmful substances that have passed from the meat into the broth also successfully enter the person inside, through soups, borscht and cereals.

The same applies to soups and cereals cooked in milk. Milk itself is a controversial product, and is not very suitable for nutrition in case of illness, and when it is also boiled, in the preparation of milk soups and cereals, the imaginary benefit of milk turns into concrete harm.

Most people buy milk from stores where it comes from dairies. There it is processed several times so that it has marketable condition, but not beneficial features. And, at home, after boiling in milk, there is practically nothing left that a person needs.

It turns out that by preparing liquid dishes based on meat broths and milk, we create harmful, and not healthy diet. And such nutrition further complicates the course of the disease.

Much more energy is spent on the processing of harmful nutrition, and this affects not only the digestive organs, but also other organs and systems. And how can a weakened body successfully fight diseases?

With this approach, the body spends energy to fight against junk food and not with disease. Add here more potent drugs for the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis and negative thinking, which take away the last strength. And it turns out that Bechterew's disease can never be defeated in this way.

I also want to remind you that drinking liquids with meals significantly impairs digestion. And, soups and borscht contain just such a liquid. It helps to dilute the gastric juice, and the digestion time of food increases, which creates a feeling of long-term satiety.

Also, any soups, borscht or other liquid dishes usually contain many ingredients to improve the taste. Such a variety of products, combined with liquid, simply misleads our body, which finds it difficult to switch from one product to another.

As a result, food for a long time is in the stomach undigested and begins to rot. And, all this leads to further deterioration of digestion and weakening of the body. Which is accompanied by more frequent exacerbations of Bechterew's disease, and even leads to side diseases of other organs.

If you decide to change your diet, but cannot refuse liquid dishes, cook thick vegetable soups only on water. It is advisable to pre-soak cereals for soup and porridge in water for at least half a day. Then this water must be drained and the cereal washed under running water.

Avoid soups cooked in milk. Also, do not soak chicken and fish in milk and kefir. And, of course, do not do this with cereals when making porridge.

When cooking chicken or fish, after cooking, chicken or fish broth you need to pour it out and do not use it for cooking other dishes. There's a lot harmful substances that go from meat to broth.

It is clear that for fish soup lovers it will not be easy to give up their favorite dish. Only the knowledge that fish grown artificially and caught in dirty waters is not healthy will help you feel more relaxed about such broths.

In addition, many times frozen and thawed fish is no longer suitable for cooking fish soup, because in it, apart from harm, there is nothing useful left. Just as it does not give any benefit and the ear of a rooster. Take note of this, and don't hurt yourself.

Remember that any liquid meals are an additional, harmful burden on the digestive organs, which, in case of illness, already suffer due to the use of potent drugs.

Try, act, and you will find your own, which will help you get rid of diseases.

Napoleon loved chestnut soup. Elvis Presley and Hitler preferred vegetable. And Nekrasov asked that as much dill as possible be put into the soup. Endocrinologist, nutritionist, Herbalife brand expert Alla Shilina tells what should be right soup and why it is important for a balanced diet.

The first question is why is it important and necessary to eat soup?

Soup promotes active secretion gastric juice and prepares the body for the process of digestion. The soup restores the balance of liquid, helps to digest other dishes, and in the cold season perfectly warms. In addition, it is a bulk food: we are quickly saturated, while receiving a minimum of calories.

What is the healthiest soup?

Every soup has pros and cons. For example, meat soup high in protein, but low in fiber and high in hidden fats.

IN fish soup there is protein, practically no hidden fats, but there, again, not enough fiber.

The most favorite product of nutritionists is vegetable soup. He contains a large number of antioxidants and vegetable fiber, while it is low in fat and has a low calorie content. That is why nutritionists recommend regularly including vegetable soups in the diet, especially for those who are watching their weight.

However, in vegetable soups there is a minus - a lack of protein.

Why is protein so important to us?

It is from amino acids that immunoglobulins (the main protective proteins of the body), enzymes, and hormones are built.

Protein keeps you feeling full longer. If you ate a product that has a lot of carbohydrates, after a while you will again be drawn to “eat”. Because carbohydrates stimulate the pancreas, it releases insulin, which increases appetite. Protein has no such action.

We need protein to build muscle mass. And how well developed muscle mass is, so much a person is resistant to external factors. Just imagine this picture: a person went out into the cold - the body immediately releases adrenaline, cortisol. Yes, we can have a normal body temperature, normal pulse and pressure. But these hormones are catabolic, they destroy muscle mass. Protein builds muscle mass. It is important that the body constantly receives protein food And physical activity- in order for hormone metabolites to be excreted from the body faster.

How much protein does the body need?

About 85-90 grams per day is the minimum that a person should receive during the day. 100 grams of meat contains 25 grams of protein. In fish - 17 grams. In cottage cheese - about 20 grams.

Vegetable soups are high in fiber. Tell us about its benefits.

For the formation of immunoglobulins, one protein is not enough. We need fiber - a source for the vital activity of lacto- and bifidobacteria. We underestimate fiber - we think that it is needed only for peristalsis and digestion. And it also removes incompletely oxidized substances, participates in the metabolism of cholesterol.

Today there is no such thing as dysbacteriosis. But there is the concept of "syndrome of excessive bacterial growth." There are several groups of bacteria in the intestines: beneficial lactobacteria and bifidobacteria, conditionally pathogenic flora (in moderate amount does no harm) and, finally, pathogenic flora. It is important that there are more bifidus and lactobacilli in the body, and less conditionally pathogenic and pathogenic flora. And for this we need fiber, which is an energy source for beneficial bacteria.

The nutrition of our ancestors for 2/3 consisted of plant food, and 1/3 - from the meat of wild animals (contains less fat). Today we eat mainly refined food, so we need to include fresh vegetables and herbs in the diet to the maximum - there is a lot of fiber.

Why is it important to eat vegetable soups more often?

I would like to draw your attention to the elimination of acidosis (a shift in the acid-base balance of the body towards an increase in acidity (a decrease in pH)) and the removal of accumulated metabolic products.

Most often, we consider products from the position of macronutrients - how many proteins, fats, carbohydrates are in them. American scientists have introduced such a thing as acid load. This means that in the process of splitting any product, either an acidic, or alkaline, or neutral environment is formed. Our body as a whole has a slightly alkaline environment. And the stomach is acidic duodenum- slightly alkaline. Protein, splitting, forms a more acidic environment. Therefore, it is important that it is combined in a plate with foods that, when split, form an alkaline reaction - that is, with vegetables and herbs. Vegetable soup is also very useful.

1. Combine fiber-rich vegetables and lean varieties meat or fish to provide enough protein.

2. Use stainless steel for cleaning, chopping and mashing vegetables.

3. Put vegetables in boiling water, taking into account the cooking time of a particular product:

  • whole potatoes - 25-30 minutes, chopped - 15 minutes;
  • carrots whole - 25 minutes, chopped - 15 minutes;
  • whole beets - 3-4 hours, chopped - 30 minutes;
  • beans - 1.5-3 hours;
  • peas - 1-2.5 hours.

4. Don't let it boil violently, as air circulation destroys nutrients.

5. Eat vegetable soup on the day of preparation.

To the point

After an interview with Alla Shilina, we tasted tomato soup with basil, presented by Herbalife. And they were pleasantly surprised. Firstly, it is easy to prepare it: fill it with water, and after a minute you can already take a sample. Secondly, you can experiment: add croutons, olive oil, sour cream, spinach, bell pepper, chicken meat and other ingredients. And you can not add anything - because the soup already contains all the vitamins and minerals necessary for the first course, a sufficient amount dietary fiber and squirrel.
