This recipe is for a large baking sheet. If you want to bake in a round shape with a diameter of 25 cm, then divide all the ingredients in half, or then divide the dough itself into 2 parts. Since in this form the cake will not be baked well. I'm using a baking sheet. Then I easily cut out the desired shape of the cake. And I use the pieces in the filling or as a confectionery putty.

Let's start cooking. To begin with, in a large container, mix all the dry ingredients, namely flour, cocoa, soda, sugar, vanillin.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs lush foam. Then I add little by little sunflower oil. It is necessary to beat at high speeds, until the mass becomes white color, the consistency is more like mayonnaise.

Add this mass to dry ingredients, also add milk. We mix everything.

Now turn on the mixer. We take a glass of boiling water directly from a boiling kettle. Add to this mixture and mix everything at high speeds. You should be able to chocolate dough with small air bubbles. That's it, your dough is ready.

We cover the baking sheet with paper, pour out the dough and send it to the oven for 40 minutes, the temperature is 175-180 0C.

I roll out a layer of mastic with a thickness of about 3-4 mm. You can add texture to the mastic by attaching burlap and rolling a rolling pin over it. And you can leave it like that.
