How to cook:

Take the eggs out of the fridge ahead of time so they come to room temperature. Whisk the eggs with the sugar, gradually adding it to the mass. Add sifted flour, softened butter and baking powder. Sprinkle vanilla sugar and salt into the dough. You need to bake 4 shortcakes: 2 with a larger diameter, 2 with a smaller one. You can take the same shape for baking, just cut the baked cakes on a plate with a smaller diameter. Remove the finished cakes from the mold and cool.
