  • cottage cheese - 400 gr;

How to make pasta and cottage cheese casserole

Let's start cooking pasta with the preparation of cottage cheese. It must be rubbed through a fine sieve. With the help of this simple manipulation, we will get rid of large grains and make the cottage cheese more uniform.

To prepare our casserole, pasta should be slightly undercooked. We discard them in a colander and rinse with cool running water.

In a large bowl, mix pasta with cottage cheese, sugar, salt and vanilla.

In the resulting mixture we drive two chicken eggs and mix well.

It is better to bake pasta in a detachable form, which makes it possible to easily remove it without damaging it. Put on the bottom of the mold parchment paper and generously lubricate butter bottom and sides of the mold.
