Biscuit recipe:
We will need: 4 eggs, 1 glass of sugar, 1 glass of flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, a pinch of salt.

Beat eggs with a pinch of salt with a mixer or blender. Add sugar and beat again until fluffy. Sift flour with baking powder into the egg-sugar mixture. Mix carefully.
Lubricate the multicooker butter. Pour the dough into the MW. Put on the BAKING mode for 45 minutes. After the peaks, turn off the multicooker, but do not open it for another 10 minutes, then open it and let it cool for another 10 minutes, so it will be easier to turn the biscuit over and get it out.
If you bake a biscuit in the oven, then you need to put the dough in an oven preheated to 190-200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
For the cake, we needed two cakes.

So let's get the toppings ready!

Let it brew (you can leave it overnight).
Apples (pears) peel and chop coarsely, put in a pan, add butter and sugar and fry until golden color, pour in the syrup and simmer until the syrup thickens strongly. Cool down. Mix cooled (!) pears in syrup with whipped cream. The filling is ready!

Strawberry filling with poppy seeds and cookies: 100gr. s / m berries (strawberries or blueberries or a mixture of berries), 3 tbsp. l. sugar, 50 gr. poppy, 150-200g. cookies in chocolate, cream 500ml.
Berries mixed with sugar, put on fire. When the sugar dissolves, grind with a blender. Cool down. Add whipped cream, poppy seeds and cookie pieces. Mix carefully. The filling is ready!

Next, we collect the cake.
We put the first cake, spread the first filling on it, level it. Next, put the second cake, put the second filling on it, level it. Next, we move on to coating the cake with whipped cream. You need to coat both the sides and the top of the cake. After this preparation, we begin to form the shape of the cake. You can mold any shape.
In order to get a kitten, cut off the sides of the cake on both sides. This is how we get rectangular shape with two rounded sides. We put the two parts that we cut off from the sides on top of the cake and, squeezing a little, "sculpt" the kitten's head.
Next, in order for us to get a concave back, we press the cake a little in the middle and form a round back. Since the cake is very soft, it will be easy to sculpt. We will form paws, ears and a tail from whipped cream when we decorate the cake.

Before you start decorating a cake in the shape of a cat, you need to prepare a cake of the appropriate shape. What we will do now, strictly following the master class:

  1. Beat eggs with sugar until lush foam. Separately, mix the flour and a bag of baking powder, sift this mixture and carefully, one tablespoon at a time, add to the egg foam, continuing to knead the mass with a whisk from the bottom up.
  2. The resulting dough must be placed in a round or horseshoe shape. If you use a regular round shape, you need to make about 30% more dough, because part of it will have to be cut off. Grease the mold and lightly dust with flour.
  3. Bake the cake as usual at 190 degrees. The baking time depends on the thickness of the original cake, in this master class it will be baked for at least 40 minutes.
  4. The cooled dough must be cut into several cakes as a standard, there can be 2 or 3 of them according to your desire.
  5. Whip the condensed milk with slightly softened butter, previously chopped into cubes. Make sure that the oil in the cream does not exfoliate.

  1. Layer the cooled cakes with this cream and put the cake in the cold for about 4 hours for the final impregnation of the cakes. You can also apply syrup inside the cakes, but do not use too much, otherwise it will ruin the mastic decoration.
  2. Prepare whipped cream or other cream for grouting the cake. If it seems to you that it is too liquid, you can add dough scraps to it, which must first be crushed into crumbs with your hands or in a blender. With this mass, rub the base of the cake cut off in the shape of a cat. Pay attention to the pose - the animal lies on a dish, curled up.

Then place the base in the cold for another couple of hours so that all the constituent parts of the cake grab. After that, you can start decorating the "kitten", which this master class will tell you in detail.

Decorate the cake "Cat"

Before you start decorating according to our master class, you need to give the mastic for decorating a cat a slightly beige hue. To do this, you can use brown paint, but mix it with mastic in very small portions so that the shade is slightly creamy.

After coloring the mastic, we proceed directly to decorating our Siamese Kitten cake:

  1. Roll out the finished mastic into a thin layer. The thickness of the layer should be no more than 2 millimeters, otherwise it will not be possible to make beautiful bends. Since the mastic has a very large area, it can be difficult to transfer to the cake. To make your work easier, sprinkle a long rolling pin with starch or powdered sugar, wrap a layer of mastic on it and gently unfold it on the surface of the entire cake.
  2. Gently wrapping a cake of this size and shape is quite difficult. Start releasing air from the back of the kitten, ironing is not required here, everything will have to be done manually. Special attention give the paws and tail, here you need to firmly press the mastic to all the bends.
  3. Now with your hands form recesses for the eyes and mouth on the muzzle, make a slight bulge for the nose. Use a thin stack to create relief and release air.
