Sometimes instead of basil I use ready mix « Provencal herbs"or a mixture" for potato dishes.


For seasonings, add salt and pour oil into a bowl. Ideally, it would be nice to take olive or mustard, but it also works well with sunflower. This time I took olive (fragrant).


Add lemon juice to the bowl and mix well. Everything, marinade for potatoes is ready.
