Ingredients:

  • 160 gr. flour

Cooking:

Ingredients:
for 6 servings:

- chicken fillet - 1 kg;
- soy sauce - 5 tbsp. l.;
- corn or potato starch - 3 tbsp. l.;
- sugar - 1 tsp;
- sesame - 50 gr;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- mustard with grains - 1 tsp;
- spices for meat - to taste;
- vegetable oil - 50 ml.

Recipe with photo step by step:




1. To prepare chicken sticks with sesame, take poultry meat (fillet without skin). Wash the meat, remove the remaining bones and pat dry with paper towels.





2. Cut the fillet into slices, and then into strips. The strips of meat should be long, but shorter pieces will also work. I prefer long pieces. This cutting method allows as soon as possible marinate the meat and quickly fry it.





3. Transfer the chopped meat to a bowl. Add soy sauce, some sugar, grain mustard. Add spices to the bird. I use spices for grilled meats. Stir. The meat will marinate in this marinade for about 20 minutes. Soy sauce almost all absorbed.

Do not rush to put all the meat in the pan at once. Separate each pickled piece with your hands or a fork and fry it in a pan, fry the meat in several turns. The pieces should be fried over medium heat.

How to cook chicken sticks with sesame seeds:

1. Rinse chicken fillet under water, dry. Divide in half and lay out each piece on the board. Beat off as thin as possible. To make it easier to beat, cover the meat with cling film.
2. Cut the beaten fillet into strips, about one to two centimeters thick. Try to make strips about the same size.

6. Put the sticks on hot pan generously drizzled with oil. Fry over medium heat on both sides for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
