Implemented programs

We invite you to visit the wine region - Bordeaux. This region can perhaps be called the most important wine region in France and one of the most famous in the world. Wines of Bordeaux are a standard of quality, prestige and good taste.

Grapes for Chateau Palmer are collected on 55 hectares of land that surrounds the castle, which has a similar name. Due to the gravel soil and the professionalism of French masters, wine comes to consumers, combining the flavors of flowers and fresh fruit. The appearance on the trading bench is preceded by a year and a half exposure. Storage in oak barrel leaves its mark on the aroma and taste.

Bordeaux is considered to be the wine capital of the world. The best vineyards are located here, 14 thousand producers produce about 700 million bottles a year.

Five districts (Grave, Bourg-Blay, Medoc, Libourne, Entre-de-Mer) are part of this area.

Chteau Lafite-Rothschild

In 1716 Nicholas Alexandre de Segureau first introduced this wine. It made a splash, and was called the "Wine of the King." In 1855, this drink entered the top five wines of Bordeaux and still remains one of the most prestigious wines. Chateau Lafitte 1787 became the most expensive wine, and was sold for 160 thousand dollars.

The winery is 56 km from Bordeaux. Wine tastings must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. There can be no more than 15 people in a group.

Chateau Latour

Monsieur de Schwan purchased this winery in 1670. In 1707, the wine was already first-class.

This place is known not only for its fragrant drinks, but also the tower of St. Lambertine, which during the Hundred Years War defended France from the British. Since the end of the 18th century, the image of this tower has appeared on labels and is still used today.

From the winery to Bordeaux - 47 km.

Chteau Margaux

The owners of this estate changed one after another, starting from the 12th century. It reached its greatest prosperity at the end of the 16th century, passing into the possession of the Lestonnac family, when they decided to grow grapes instead of cereals. The wines of Chateau Margaux have been recognized highest quality in 1855, when blind tastings were held in Bordeaux.

After 100 years, most of the vineyards were restored by André Menzelopus. He resumed the production of Pavillon Blanc and Pavillon Rouge wines.

You can visit the winery by prior arrangement. It is located 30 km from Bordeaux.

Chateau Mouton Rothschild

In 1853, the estate came into the possession of the Rothshold family, but Baron Philippe (grandson of the first owner) became engaged in winemaking, who not only used Newest technologies of his time, but also improved the process itself (the wine began to be stored longer).

The labels were drawn by famous artists (Dali, Chagall) and the winery has a museum called "Wine in Art".

For the tour you need to agree in advance, from Bordeaux to the estate 55 km.

The history of one winery and the chapel of Notre Dame de la Mission are inextricably linked. If legend is to be believed, Saint Vincent was upset that there was no great wine in heaven. God took pity on him and sent him to earth in one of the wineries in France. The monks of the chapel showed him due hospitality, giving him the best wines to drink. After tasting this drink, Vinset forgot and did not return to heaven, so an angry God turned him into a statue that still adorns this chateau.

This chateau is the second largest in Bordeaux. It is located 6 km from Bordeaux and is open to groups of up to 15 people (except July and August).
