I didn’t have too friendly relations with the dough and therefore baking something is always a bit problematic for me, but I still can’t not bake anything at all! So this time I decided to please my simple, tasty, quickly cooked donuts. Why this recipe? And without adding eggs? Initially, as indicated in the photo, I pour sugar and a lot of salt into an aluminum bowl. I mix.

Because I'm cooking a small amount of dough, so that there are not many donuts, then water is enough for me, in the amount of 300 to 500 milliliters. The water should be warm, not cool, but such that you can hold your finger.
I pour water into a bowl, mix sugar, salt in it and add 1 tablespoon of dry yeast. I leave it for a few minutes so that the yeast dissolves in the water.

I mix everything. How much is required - so much flour will be taken. The rest of the flour can then be removed.

After mixing, I pour about 2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil into a cup with yeast dough and roll the dough in this oil.

I cover with a towel and leave it to infuse in a warm room for about 30 minutes.
