Donuts for 9 days recipes. Recipe: Yeast Donuts - Quick
No matter what they cook, no matter how sophisticated, but sometimes you want the simplest and most ordinary donuts.
I didn’t have too friendly relations with the dough and therefore baking something is always a bit problematic for me, but I still can’t not bake anything at all! So this time I decided to please my simple, tasty, quickly cooked donuts. Why this recipe? And without adding eggs? I answer - with eggs, donuts quickly become stale and therefore I don’t add them, but if anyone has a desire - 2 eggs.
Initially, as indicated in the photo, I pour sugar and a lot of salt into an aluminum bowl. I mix.
Because I'm cooking a small amount of dough, so that there are not many donuts, then water is enough for me, in the amount of 300 to 500 milliliters. The water should be warm, not cool, but such that you can hold your finger.
I pour water into a bowl, mix sugar, salt in it and add 1 tablespoon of dry yeast. I leave it for a few minutes so that the yeast dissolves in the water.
I mix everything. How much is required - so much flour will be taken. The rest of the flour can then be removed.
After mixing, I pour about 2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil into a cup with yeast dough and roll the dough in this oil.
I cover with a towel and leave it to infuse in a warm room for about 30 minutes.
The dough came up, after the set time and I start baking donuts.
I smear my hands in sunflower oil and form (by carefully tearing off) small donuts. I fry everything on fire, a little more than average, because so that the oil does not absorb much into the dough, and since the donuts are small, they are fried quickly.
I put the resulting donuts in a cup and pour honey on top, each.
When the donuts are still hot, the honey melts and soaks into such a muffin. With hot, freshly brewed loose leaf tea the very thing!
Bon appetit.

Donuts by grandma's recipe. Cooking is a little more difficult than pancakes. Very tasty with honey and tea.
Ingredients:
Egg - 1 pc.,
Kefir or curdled milk - 0.5-1 cup,
Sugar - 2-3 tbsp. spoons,
Salt - 0.3-0.5 teaspoons,
Soda - 0.5-1 teaspoon,
Vegetable oil.
Shake the egg with kefir, add salt and sugar, as well as soda. Add flour to make a stiff dough.
Take out the dough. First, I knead with a spoon, and as it thickens with my hands. The dough should be dense and not sticky.
We spread the dough on the table, divide into 2-3 parts. We roll each part into a layer of medium thickness and cut into triangles. In principle, you can cut any shape, but my grandmother cut it into triangles. It is important not to roll too thin (otherwise it will turn out brushwood), but not thick (they will not fry). We pierce each triangle in several places with a knife. This is necessary so that the donuts are fried faster and do not remain raw inside.
Warming up vegetable oil(it is better to take without a smell) and put triangles in it. The donuts immediately begin to swell. Fry on both sides, spread on paper napkins.
As soon as you get wet excess fat, you need to grease hot donuts with honey. The honey will melt and soak a little into the dough, forming something like a frosting.
The inside of the donuts are soft and slightly salty, while the outside is crispy and sweet. I love these combinations in one dish. The main thing is not to spare honey and serve hot with unsweetened tea.
