  4. Send shrimp for 3 minutes in boiling water, then clean from all excess.
  5. Separate the pomegranate seeds. Cut cheese balls in half.
  6. Make a dressing with oil, lime juice, honey, salt, mustard and pepper.
  7. Mix all the prepared ingredients, except for the pomegranate. Pour dressing over appetizer and sprinkle with sour grains.
