We add salt with our hands, it’s easier to do it this way, rub the salt into the liver. Place a frying pan with sunflower oil on the fire. You can turn it on high first to warm it up, and then reduce it, or you can immediately put it on medium heat. When the oil is hot, you will understand this by the characteristic “shots”, reduce the heat and place the pieces of liver rolled in flour into the frying pan.
