for the CURD LAYER:
cottage cheese - 250 g
sugar - 0.5 stack.
yolks - 3 pcs.
sour cream or heavy cream - 100 ml
vanilla sugar - 1 small sachet

Mix all ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Remove the finished dough from the refrigerator, roll it out and spread it on the bottom of the form covered with parchment. Pierce the bottom with a fork. Put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, remove the form from the oven and put the curd filling on the dough and put it back in the oven. Bake for another 30 minutes, lowering the temperature to 160 degrees. At this time, prepare the protein soufflé.

For SOFFLE:
proteins - 3 pcs.
sugar - 3 tablespoons

Beat egg whites until a small amount of foam appears. Add sugar and beat until fluffy.

Put the meringue on the curd base and put it back in the oven. Bake 10 minutes.
