To get a delicious dish, we must prepare high-quality and fresh ingredients. Now we will give you a grocery list, according to which you will select ingredients for cooking:

  • 3 sheets of seaweed "Nori".
  • 1 long fresh cucumber
  • Creamy soft cheese "Philadelphia" - 100 gr.
  • Rice for sushi - 300 grams.
  • 1 avocado.
  • 250 grams of salted salmon.
  • 15 ml. rice vinegar.
  • Salt and sugar - a pinch.

These are the components that are included in the Philadelphia roll recipe, you can’t change anything, otherwise it will be completely different from the dish that we stated in this article. So that you don’t get confused anywhere, we give you a step-by-step recipe and, of course, photo instruction. We act step by step:

  1. Pour the rice grains into a bowl and rinse them thoroughly, “mine” until the water in the bowl becomes clear. Pour the grains into a saucepan and pour 400 ml. water, put to boil on the stove. We cook over high heat, when the porridge begins to boil, we fasten the gas pressure to the minimum. Cover the pot with a lid and cook the rice for another 12 minutes.
  2. Cooking is over, we are in no hurry to remove the lid, leave the saucepan alone for about 10 minutes. In a small cup, combine granulated sugar, salt and rice vinegar, as well as 15 ml. heated water. We interfere, you will get a dressing for rice "porridge". Pour the dressing into the rice and stir. We are waiting for the "porridge" to cool.
  3. We wash the cucumber and avocado, remove the skin from each and cut everything into beautiful thin strips.
  4. Cut the salmon fillet into thin layers.
  5. We spread a wooden mat on a wide cutting board, and then wrap it in cling film. Put a sheet of nori on top of the film.
  6. We put boiled rice on the nori, not forgetting to leave a small clean strip on the seaweed on the edge. Lay the salmon fillets on top of the rice. We turn our salmon fillet construction onto a film.
