canned peas;
caviar (red or black) - 300 g;
mayonnaise - 400 g;
lettuce leaves;
Crimean onion - 1 head;
cucumber - 1 pc.;

Cooking method:

1. Cut the salmon fillet into thin layers, which we divide into small cubes.
2. Peel fresh cucumbers and chop the vegetables in the same form as the fish.
3. Boil chicken eggs. If desired, use quail, doubling their quantity. We prepare the product similarly to the previous components of the dish.
4. Free the onion from the husk and chop the Crimean vegetable as finely as possible. We also chop washed and dried lettuce leaves. For better impregnation, grease the tender greens with mayonnaise.
5. We combine all the prepared components of the festive dish. Add canned peas without liquid, season with sauce, mix well, place on an oval dish.

Sweet pepper fruit;
can of corn;
smoked ham - 500 g;
cucumber;
eggs - 5 pcs.;
mayonnaise, salt, herbs.

Cooking features:

1. Boil the eggs in advance so that the appetizer appears as quickly as possible.
2. Open the jar of pickled corn, drain the liquid, and place the corn in a deep bowl.
3. Cut the ham into small strips and swipe it off the board with a knife and onto the same plate.
4. Add seeded, washed and finely chopped pepper. We do the same with the aromatic cucumber. Season the food with salt and mayonnaise, mix, and begin the delicious meal!

Cooking process:
