This salad has a name - “Orphan”, and to prepare it you will need:

  • boiled shrimp – 400 g;
  • fillet of any red fish - the same amount;
  • sweet pepper and avocado - 1 pc.;
  • coarse red caviar and Chinese cabbage - 200 g each;
  • lemon juice (exactly as much as can be squeezed out of half a citrus);
  • mayonnaise.
