Add beer and knead soft dough. It is not necessary to knead for a long time, as soon as the ingredients are combined and begin to gather into a ball, stop kneading. We get a soft buttery dough, which almost does not stick to hands and perfectly holds its shape.

Actually, everything! The dough is ready, it only needs to be cooled before molding, but you can turn on the fantasy right now. I divided the dough into three balls. I left two of them in their original form, later one ball will turn into a sweet cookie, and the second into a salty and savory one. In the third piece of dough, I added a generous portion of paprika (about 1 tsp with a slide). We wrap each ball of dough with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to cool. We spread the blanks on the prepared baking sheet at a small distance from each other. When baking, the dough does not spread, only slightly increases in volume.
