Omelet like in kindergarten in a frying pan

Today I want to tell you how to cook an omelette like in a kindergarten in a pan. Such an omelet is standardly present for breakfast two to three times a week. Tasty and quite simple - these are the main characteristics that can be assigned to this dish. Delicate, airy, very soft - lovers of omelettes and scrambled eggs will appreciate this simple option. Some people add flour to the omelet, but I think that the flour in the omelet is superfluous, it clogs the omelet and makes it dense, not airy, therefore we completely exclude flour.

To prepare an omelette, as in a garden in a pan, prepare all the products on the list.

Wash six large chicken eggs under running water, dry. Carefully break the eggs into a deep bowl.

Mix the eggs with a whisk, do it very carefully and gently. In no case should you take a mixer to help yourself, otherwise there will be a risk of dish failure.

Pour in milk. Another feature that makes an omelet successful is that eggs and milk should be at the same temperature, not cold. Mix eggs and milk very gently again.

Add a couple of pinches of salt to the milk-egg mixture. Mix. You can add some pepper.

Take a cast iron skillet and brush generously with butter.

Pour the whole mixture into the pan, cover with a lid and send to the stove. Cook the omelet on low heat for 12-15 minutes.

After that, an omelette cooked in a pan, like in a kindergarten, can be served at the table.
