Shrimp salad is a delicious, and most importantly, healthy dish that is prepared in minutes. It turns out that it is not at all necessary to spend a lot of time creating such masterpieces. In a short time you will get a spectacular restaurant dish.

It is probably no secret to anyone what unique properties seafood and tomatoes have. They contain a large amount of vitamins and minerals needed by our body at any time of the year.

The great advantage of this treat is that it can be prepared for any occasion. It will serve as an excellent breakfast in the morning, a great addition to lunch, a light dinner in the evening. And how indispensable it will be in Lent, just a godsend! I'm not talking about solemn occasions. It will certainly become your lifesaver. But, it is advisable to prepare it shortly before the start of the holiday.

Another significant advantage of this salad is its low calorie content. It can be safely consumed by absolutely everyone, even adherents of various diets.

Delicious salad with shrimps and cherry tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • Shrimp - 300 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams
  • Lettuce leaves - one pack
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp. lies.
  • Balsamic vinegar - 0.5 tbsp. false
  • Pepper freshly ground
  • Salt

Cooking

Mozzarella, tomatoes cut in half. We transfer them to a deep container in which we will knead our salad.

Defrost shrimp by pouring hot water over them. We remove the shell from them, fry in a greased pan on both sides until golden, let it cool completely.

Place clean, towel-dried lettuce leaves on a serving bowl. They can be torn into several pieces or used whole. As you like. Next, lay out the pieces of cheese, tomatoes. Lay the fried shrimp on the top layer.

For dressing, mix vegetable oil and balsamic vinegar, add a little salt, pepper, mix with a whisk until smooth. Dress the salad mixture with the finished sauce.

Salad recipe with arugula, shrimps and cherry tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • Tiger prawns (raw) - 300 gr
  • Cherry tomatoes - 300 gr
  • Arugula - 300 gr
  • Olive oil - 5 tbsp. lies.
  • Garlic - two cloves

  • Sugar or liquid honey - 1 tsp.
  • Freshly ground pepper

We start cooking by slicing tomatoes. It is best to use seasonal ones, they are more fleshy, sweet. But, if you are cooking out of season, then Cherry is ideal, in this case. We cut them in half and send them to a deep bowl.

We take the garlic, cut off the dry tips, press down with the flat side of the knife blade. So we can easily get rid of the husk. Now finely chop the garlic, send to the chopped cherry.

Rinse greens thoroughly under running water, dry with a towel. Finely chop the parsley, add to the bowl with Cherry, salt, pepper, add a little sugar. We mix the ingredients, leave the tomatoes to be saturated with the aroma of herbs and garlic.

Now let's move on to the rest of the ingredients. We wash the raw shrimp under running water, free from the shell, add salt, pepper, mix.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, fry the prepared shrimp on both sides until pink and golden. It is better to fry over low heat so that the oil has time to soak in their aroma.

Cool the contents of the pan, transfer everything together to a bowl with pickled Cherry and mix. Then we add leaves of arugula, carefully distribute all the ingredients on a salad plate, serve to the table.

Homemade salad with shrimps, avocado and tomatoes

We will need:

  • Arugula + salad - 100 grams
  • Avocado - one (small)
  • Cherry tomatoes - 200-250 grams
  • Frozen shrimp - 300 grams
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice (lime juice)
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp. lies.

First, let's prepare the shrimp. In most cases, they are sold already boiled, so we only need to pour boiling water over them and wait 3-5 minutes. Next, you need to clean them, fry in a flavored pan with garlic.

Garlic does not need to be finely chopped, we only need it for smell, so we just chop it in half and send it to the pan. A minute before the end of frying, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, simmer in this sauce for 1-2 minutes. Now leave to cool.

Now let's take avocado. It must be washed, dried with a towel. We cut it in half, take out the bone, free it from the skin, cut it into a small cube.

Cherry cut in half. We tear the leaves of arugula into 2-3 parts, put them on the bottom of a deep salad bowl.

To prepare the dressing sauce, take a lemon (lime), cut it in half, squeeze the juice from one half into a small bowl. Now add olive oil to it, salt a little, stir well.

We take a salad bowl with greens, add avocado, Cherry, pour over the prepared sauce. Mix well. Lay the fried, cooled shrimp on top. The meal is ready.

For the salad we need:

  • 100 g arugula
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g shrimp (marinated)
  • 125 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 40 g pine nuts

For refueling:

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Black ground pepper to taste

Cherry cut into 2 identical parts. We wash the arugula under the tap, dry it on a towel.

To prepare the dressing, take a small bowl, pour olive oil into it. Cut the lemon in half, squeeze the juice out of it into the olive oil. We introduce mustard, gently stir with a whisk or fork. The mass will not be completely homogeneous, don't let that scare you.

Salad a little salt, add black pepper to taste. Season with lemon butter sauce, mix. Now sprinkle with pine nuts. They can be pre-fried a little in a dry frying pan, or dried in the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 170-180 degrees. The dish is ready, serve to the table.

  • feta cheese 50 g
  • red onion 1 pc
  • honey 0.25 teaspoons
  • soy sauce 1 tsp.
  • olive oil 2 tbsp. lies.
  • balsamic vinegar 0.5 tsp.
  • A mixture of ground peppers to taste
  • Italian herbs to taste

Hard boil eggs, let cool, peel. Defrost shrimp, boil in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Then we cool them down. Chop the cheese into a medium sized cube. Lettuce leaves, arugula tear into several pieces and spread on a salad dish.

We cut the washed and dried cucumbers in a semicircle, put them on top of lettuce leaves. Bulgarian pepper and red onion chop into strips and lay out the next layer.

Cut cherry tomatoes and eggs into small pieces and place on top. Lastly, lay out the cooled shrimp and cheese.

To prepare the dressing, combine honey, olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and pepper in a small bowl. Thoroughly mix all dressing ingredients until smooth.

Now we pour our salad with ready-made sauce. Mix, serve.

Recipe for a delicious salad with shrimp, tomatoes, cucumber and cheese

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber - 1-2 pieces
  • Cherry tomatoes - 5 pcs
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Shrimps - 200 gr
  • Butter - 20 gr
  • Hard cheese - 20 gr
  • Dry white wine - 2-3 tbsp. lies.
  • White bread - 2 pieces
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. lies.
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. lies.
  • lettuce leaves
  • Dill, Sesame
  • Pepper mix (ground)

Cooking

We clean the shrimp and fry until golden brown in butter, a couple of minutes before the end of frying, pour in white wine and simmer for a couple of minutes, cool.

We wash the greens well, tear into 2-3 parts in a salad bowl. We also send chopped cucumbers there.

Cherry cut into 2 parts, add to the cucumbers. My carrots and cut into strips, spread in a bowl with salad. Finely chop the cheese and add to the rest of the ingredients.

Cut the bread into small cubes, fry and pour into the salad last, so that it does not become damp. Finely chop the dill and add to the salad along with the cooled shrimp. Also add salt, pepper, sesame seeds.

Dress the salad with vegetable oil, lemon juice. Mix carefully. You can serve a salad to the table.

Original "Sea" salad with sun-dried tomatoes

We will need:

  • Dried tomatoes - 150 g
  • Shrimps - 300 g
  • Quail eggs - 3 pcs
  • Lettuce leaves - 5 pcs
  • Green onions - 2 pcs
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp. lies.
  • Olive oil - 3 tbsp. lies.
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp. lies.
  • Salt - 15 g

Cooking

First, let's make sun-dried tomatoes. To do this, we wash the tomatoes under the tap, get rid of the stalk, cut into large slices (4-6 parts).

Grease the baking dish a little with oil, place the tomato slices on a baking sheet, sprinkle with dry herbs, lightly sprinkle with olive oil, send to bake for about 2 hours at a temperature of 130 degrees.

But this time is approximate, it all depends on the capabilities of your oven, so watch the process.

If you see that the slices have begun to burn, lower the temperature. Now they need to be chilled. Dried tomatoes are ready.

Now let's move on to the shrimp. They need to be thawed and cleaned. In a frying pan, heat the oil, soy sauce, fry the shrimp in this sauce for 2-3 minutes. Now they need to be chilled.

We cover the salad dish with lettuce leaves. They can be torn into several pieces or laid whole. Top with sun-dried tomatoes, fried shrimp.

Sprinkle with chopped herbs and salt. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Mix everything carefully. Can be served on the table.
