Take:

  • Bulb.
  • Sour cream - 150 ml.
  • Sunflower oil - 2 large spoons.

Step by step preparation:

  1. Sort the mushrooms, remove debris and dirt. Rinse. Separate the legs, divide the large hats into parts. Leave the tiny chanterelles as they are, they will decorate the dish.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add chanterelles, pepper, salt. Fry until the mushroom juice has completely evaporated. Continue frying until the chanterelles are browned.

  • Fresh chanterelles - 600 gr.
  • Potato - 5-6 tubers.

  • Sour cream - 300 ml.
  • Sunflower oil, salt, pepper, favorite spices and herbs.

Required:

  • Mushrooms - 500 gr.
  • Sour cream - 8 tablespoons.
  • Bulb.
  • Cheese - 100 gr.
  • Lean refined oil - a large spoon.
  • Butter - a spoon.
  • Salt, herbs (dill, thyme).

How to cook chanterelles:

  1. Put the prepared mushrooms in a pot of water. Salt a little. Wait until it boils and count 3-4 minutes.
  2. Drain in a colander, getting rid of the first broth.
  3. Chop the greens, chop the onion into small cubes.
  4. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add a drop of vegetable oil. Fry the onion in the oil mixture.
  5. Transfer the golden onion to a bowl. Add chanterelles, sprinkle with herbs, pepper.
  6. Pour sour cream into pots, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

  • Mushrooms - 500 gr.
  • Pork meat (substitution for chicken fillet is acceptable) - 500 gr.
  • A clove of garlic.
  • Onions - a couple of pieces.
  • Parmesan cheese (can be replaced) - 100 gr.
  • Pepper, salt, oil.

Note: Cream sauce can be made with heavy cream.

How to cook:

  1. Wash and dry the mushrooms. Cut to any size. Divide the pork into small pieces, commensurate with the chanterelles. Divide the onion into rings.
  2. Fry the pieces of meat in a frying pan. Once golden brown, transfer to a bowl.
