How to cook chicken zrazy with mushrooms in a pan

First you need to prepare minced meat for zrazy. Wash the chicken fillet, I took the breast. Peel and wash one onion. Pass the chicken fillet and onion through a meat grinder.


Soak the white loaf in cold boiled water, after 7-10 minutes it must be squeezed out. And also pass through a meat grinder, add to minced meat.
