How to make okroshka on whey

  1. First we need to put the potatoes and eggs to boil. It will take 20-30 minutes to cook potatoes in a "uniform", and no more than 15 minutes to boil eggs.
  2. Now we clean the boiled and chilled products and, together with the sausage and washed fresh cucumbers, cut them into a medium cube.
  3. We wash fresh herbs (onion, dill) and finely chop with a knife.

  • Dill greens - 1 bunch;

  • Radishes - 200 g;
  • Sour cream - 4-6 tablespoons;
  • Salt - 1/3 - ½ tbsp;
  • Powdered black pepper - ½ - 1 tsp;
