  1. Put the broth to boil: put the fillet in a pot of boiling water.

  2. Peel carrots, potatoes and onions, also celery, if necessary, rinse the vegetables, cut off half of the carrots and it, as well as the onion and celery as a whole, put in a pan with chicken meat.
  3. While the broth is cooking, we make noodles: we form a funnel in flour and drive an egg into it, add a little oil and salt. We knead the dough. We cover the cake with a towel or napkin and leave it to “rest” a little.

  4. We put the pan on the fire, spread the melted butter. Cut the peeled onions and carrots, as well as the washed celery stalk into cubes and send to the pan.
  5. Saute over low heat, stirring occasionally.

  6. We cut the potatoes into cubes and send them to the pan with the broth.
  7. We roll out a thin layer from the dough cake, put it on a baking sheet and dry it a little in a preheated oven to 200 ºС, literally a couple of minutes.
