How to quickly cook pita bread roll with red fish

There are many interesting snacks that will decorate the everyday and festive table. One of the simplest and most original ways to prepare appetizers is to make a fish roll out of pita bread.

A roll made from pita bread will be a great find if guests suddenly come unexpectedly. It is very easy to make, the filling can be absolutely anything, but the filling with red fish will be especially tasty and spectacular.

It will take no more than half an hour to prepare the roll. Therefore, while the guests are located, you can have time to make several types.

Lavash roll recipe with red fish

Ingredients:

  • 0.3 kg lightly salted red fish;
  • Lavash sheets;
  • 200 gr - processed cheese;
  • A bunch of greens.

Cooking method:

Lavash roll with trout

You can cook another simple, but very unusual roll using pita bread, trout and lemon, which can be used to decorate the festive table.

Ingredients:

  • Thin pita bread;

  • 30 ml of lemon juice;
  • 30 gr lemon peel;
  • Spices.

Cooking method:


Roll up tightly and leave for 15 minutes to soak.

Cut into thick slices and place cut side up on lettuce leaves. If desired, you can leave a little filling and lemon zest. Put the cheese base on the slice and sprinkle with zest on top.

Lavash roll with salmon

A very spectacular roll with a delicate combination of products will surprise anyone, even the pickiest guest.

Ingredients:

  • 1000 gr salmon;
  • Lavash sheets;
  • 0.2 kg of hard cheese;
  • Greenery;
  • 1.5 st. l. lemon juice;
  • 150 ml of olive oil;
  • 30 gr mustard;
  • 15 grams of honey;
  • Dry herbs (cumin, basil, etc.).

Cooking method:

  1. Separate the fish fillet from the bones and skin, cut it into medium slices;
  2. Salt and pepper the fish fillet. Season with lemon juice and pour in olive oil;
  3. Wash and chop greens;
  4. Grate cheese finely;
  5. Make an oil dressing: combine 35 ml of lemon juice and 35 ml of vegetable oil, add mustard and honey. Mix everything well;
  6. Lay out the lavash leaves, brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs on top. Lay another sheet on top;
  7. Stepping back from the edge of the sheet 3 cm, lay out the pieces of salmon and sprinkle with herbs;
  8. Roll the pita tightly.

Cut into 2 cm slices with a sharpened knife and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Pour the dressing over the rolls and place in an oven preheated to 185 degrees for 15 minutes. The roll is ready! Serve hot or warm.

In order to thinly slice the fish, it must first be slightly frozen.

To make it easier to mix honey with the ingredients, it must be heated in a water bath.

The roll will be easier to cut if it is sent to the freezer for 5 minutes.
