We send the minced meat into a deep bowl. Add greens and onions to the minced meat, beat in two eggs and pour in half a glass of milk at room temperature. Whisk well until smooth.

Sift the flour and add it to the dough in small portions.

Stir until lumps are eliminated. The dough for meat pancakes should be the consistency of thick sour cream.

Lightly grease a non-stick frying pan with vegetable oil. Put the meat dough on the heated surface of the pan with a tablespoon and level it, giving the shape of a circle.

Fry cakes 3-4 mm thick on both sides until golden brown. Fry pancakes over medium heat.

Cooking

1. Cooking mashed potatoes - it will serve us as a cream for decorating the cake. Boil the potatoes until tender in salted water, crush and mix with butter (quantity optional) until smooth. You can add eggs or just yolks to the puree so that the cream has a yellow tint.

2. Prepare minced meat. Mix all the ingredients and knead the minced meat, like cutlets. If it is watery, add a little more filler (semolina or breadcrumbs). But we don’t make minced meat hard either, the softer the minced meat, the more tender the cakes and, accordingly, the cake will turn out.

3. Divide the minced meat into 3-5 parts. We bake the cakes in the oven - the time depends on the height of the cake and the qualities of the oven, or we fry the cakes until cooked. If we fry, we try to use a minimum of oil, and fry the cakes, like cutlets, on both sides until cooked. I usually bake in disposable forms - I put them all at once in the oven (two levels) and change places (top-bottom) during baking. I bake at 200 degrees - it takes about an hour for all the cakes. If baked separately, then about half an hour for each cake.

4. We collect the cake. We spread the cakes on top of each other, lubricating with ketchup or garlic-mayonnaise cream (mix mayonnaise with squeezed garlic).
