If the jars are sterilized over boiling water, then this process should last about 15 minutes. In order to sterilize metal lids, you need to boil water in a small saucepan and lower them there for 15 minutes.

Then you can do the juice itself - when it boils, you need to make the fire smaller and cook it until the foam stops appearing. As soon as foam forms, it must be removed.
