Add milk to them melted butter, mix everything and pour into a container with cottage cheese. Next, sift the wheat flour here and mix everything again, thereby getting the curd dough for muffins. Now we lay it out in small metal molds, which we first coat with vegetable oil and sprinkle with semolina. We put the dough up to half of the forms and send them to the oven, in which we set the temperature to 190 degrees. Cupcakes will be ready in 20 minutes.

Such simple cottage cheese muffins baked in molds that began to go into the distant past evoke pleasant memories from our childhood.

We will need:
5 tablespoons sour cream, at least 20% fat
4 tablespoons of cocoa (you can melt 30 grams of chocolate)
4 spoons of sugar
1 spoon of butter

By the way, I recently received a question about how to bake cupcakes in paper molds. At the girlfriend, the molds opened and the dough flowed out. This seems to be a simple thing, but not all beginners know. I mean the following forms:

Products:

125 gr sugar

150 gr flour

1 tsp baking powder

4. Add 5 tablespoons of cold boiled water. Whisk.

5. I decided to make half of the cupcakes vanilla and half chocolate. Therefore, when the dough was ready, I transferred half of it to another container. And I added 2 tablespoons of cocoa to it.

6. Put the dough into molds, filling them by two thirds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Check for readiness with a skewer - if it is dry, then the muffins are ready!
