Ingredients:

  • apples;
  • 2–3 tbsp. l. water;
  • 200 g of sugar;
  • sticks;
  • sweets, chocolate for decoration.

Cooking:

Pour sugar into a heated saucepan. We wait until the sugar starts to melt. Stir occasionally with a wooden spatula and wait for the sugar to dissolve completely. Remove the pan from the heat and add 2 tbsp. l. water. Mix well (you may have to put it on fire again). Important: you need to cook caramel on medium heat. Wash the apples, dry them, remove the stalks and insert wooden twigs or sticks in their place. Dip each apple into the caramel. After we make scary or not very faces from sweets, nuts and chocolate. Cut the olive and make the eyes. Put to bake at a temperature of 190ºС for 25-30 minutes. Put the finished spider on a flat dish, cut off the upper body and take out the pulp. 150 g butter,
75 g of powdered sugar,
1 yolk,
225 g flour
1 tbsp cocoa,

Combine dry ingredients. Mix milk, yolks and butter with pumpkin puree. Pour the resulting mixture into the flour and stir until smooth. Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form and add to the batter, stirring gently to prevent settling. In a wide frying pan, bake the ghost-shaped pancakes, pouring the dough into shapeless clouds. While pancakes are frying from the bottom, put 2 berries, raisins or pieces of chocolate smaller and 1 larger, forming the eyes and mouth of ghosts. Flip and fry pancakes as usual. Children will be delighted!

You will need large round chocolate chip cookies, chocolate waffle cones and chocolate ice cream to fill. For decoration, you will need colored dragees and green-colored glaze. Pour the brown glaze over the cooled cake, let dry. Using a cornet, apply circles of white icing on the surface of the cake at a distance of 1.5-2 cm from each other. Blue-green lemonade. You will need bright yellow lemonade, green and blue food coloring, and ice cubes. Pour lemonade into glasses, put ice and drip a drop of blue and green dye. With a thin stick, lightly stir the ice in the glasses, but do not stir so that bright dye streaks spread inside.
