2 and a half cups sour cream

Rub the butter with sugar until white, add the yolks and continue to rub the mass until the sugar crystals disappear completely. Then add warm melted honey with cinnamon, add sour cream, salt, soda, add flour and add whites whipped into a stable foam, quickly knead a light fluffy dough of the consistency of thick sour cream, also quickly spread it into cupcake forms that are richly greased with softened butter and dusted with flour, carefully place into the oven and bake at 180 degrees for an hour.

This is a simple and quick recipe. Available ingredients, a minimum of effort and time - and delicious muffins will delight family and friends.

180-200 g butter (in the original margarine, but I do not use margarine in my diet)
1 cup sour cream of any fat content
1 teaspoon baking soda (no need to quench)

Everything, the dough is ready. Candied fruits and chocolate can be added to it to taste. The dough must be put into cupcake molds. Delicious cupcakes are obtained both in ordinary stainless steel and Teflon molds, as well as in silicone molds or paper molds.

1-1.5 cups powdered sugar

In marshmallows of the same color, add a tablespoon of lemon juice or water and heat in the microwave (10-20 seconds) or in a water bath until double in volume. If you want to tint the mastic with food coloring, then it is better to add it after you take out the swollen and melted marshmallows from the microwave. At this point, you need to add the dye and mix well with a spoon.

Then, in portions, introduce the sifted powdered sugar and stir with a spoon or spatula.

When it becomes difficult to stir with a spoon, put the mass on a table sprinkled with powdered sugar and continue to knead with your hands until the mastic stops sticking to your hands.

The resulting mastic must be wrapped in cling film or a thin plastic bag (so that the film fits snugly on all sides of the mastic and air does not get inside the bag) and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
