Yes, calories! And eating fried food is harmful, but very sometimes you can afford something tasty, but not too healthy? Moreover, I simply cannot afford to eat a lot of fried zucchini, and my conscience stops my husband. She is a terrible bore, although she loves tasty things.

So today, when the dawn, driven by the sun, flew away riding on the moon, I fried a few young squash of an unknown variety, partisanly grown in my garden. I sprinkled them with garlic, and covered each with a mesh of mayonnaise on top.

It turned out to be a tasty and slightly deceptively compromised dish. It seems to be with mayonnaise, but in therapeutic doses. Although, we understand that this is pure self-deception!   • A few cloves of garlic.
  • Greens (if desired and available).

How to cook

  1. Take young zucchini. In my garden there are a variety of - from simple "Griborvsky" to "overseas" zucchini of several colors. There are yellow, dark green, striped. The main thing is that they are young, with a smooth thin skin, not burdened with "children" in the form of ripe seeds. Wash the sufferers cut off from the stem, wipe, cut into circles or obliquely. Most often, I still cut rings, about 0.5 cm thick.
  2. We wipe each circle with a towel, dip it on both sides in flour. If you do not use flour, then fried zucchini, after standing for a while, let the juice out and ruin their appearance. So, I strongly advise you to fry them in flour breading.
  3. Fry in hot vegetable oil on both sides until a nice “fried” color.
  4. Place cooked zucchini on kitchen paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  5. Garlic can be simply chopped and sprinkled on vegetable rings, or you can make garlic sauce. Peel the slices, push through a press or chop very finely and crush additionally with a knife laid flat. Add finely chopped greens (any optional), mayonnaise.

How to apply

Here, let your imagination run wild. Fried zucchini is stacked in layers on a plate, each layer is sprinkled with garlic, spread with mayonnaise (or spread with garlic sauce) or mayonnaise mesh is made. Sprinkle with any herbs on top.

Spread zucchini with sauce, sprinkle with chopped herbs, let it brew and serve. This is the easiest way to submit.
