  • Peel onions and carrots. Grate the carrots on a fine grater, and cut the onion into small cubes. Fry them in vegetable oil until fully cooked.
  • Add a chicken egg, boiled rice, fried onions with carrots, salt and spices to taste to the minced chicken. Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Grease a baking sheet with vegetable or olive oil, place the hedgehogs on it and cover it with foil.
  • Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for 30 minutes.

Cooked hedgehogs can be served not only as a separate dish, but also in combination with rice, pasta and buckwheat porridge. Vegetable dishes (for example, stew) will also be a great addition to hedgehogs. Such a dish will certainly please not only adults, but also children.
