  • Black coffee . Another affordable fat burner recipe is making black coffee. Add 2 tsp. ground coffee in a cup (200 ml) and fill the container with boiling water. Let the drink brew for a couple of minutes, after which you can drink it. Black coffee, like water, also stimulates metabolism, increases concentration and performance in training.
  • Green tea. This drink, like the previous one, contains caffeine. But unlike black coffee, green tea has more antioxidants. The recipe for this drink may consist of several ingredients. But they prepare it according to the same principle as black coffee, only in different proportions. For 200 ml of hot water, there are 3-4 g of green tea leaves (1/3 of a teaspoon). The drink should not be too concentrated. Then it becomes strong and sharply lowers the pressure, which negatively affects well-being.
  • Turmeric tea. The root of the plant contains the substance curcumin, which inhibits the growth and expansion of adipose tissue by reducing the development of new blood vessels. In addition, turmeric tea is great for warming in cold weather and fighting colds. The drink recipe consists of the following ingredients: 1 tsp. black tea, 1/3 teaspoon ground turmeric and hot water (200 ml). Black tea and turmeric are thoroughly mixed, poured with boiling water and infused for 2-3 minutes.

The recipe for making black coffee or tea should be sugar-free. If desired, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger or lemon can be added to the drink to taste.

  • Grape juice from blue varieties. Natural grape juice contains a chemical compound called ellagic acid. This substance slows down the growth of fat cells, stimulates the metabolism and improves liver function. As a fat burner, freshly squeezed or canned juice without sugar is suitable. Optionally, you can eat just 1-2 brushes of fresh grapes.
