  1. Pour gelatin into a small saucepan and pour over cold milk. Leave to swell for 40 min.
  2. Then put the saucepan on a small fire. Bring contents to a boil, but do not boil.
  3. Mix cottage cheese with kefir or other fermented milk product. You can, for example, take fruit yogurt, in any case it will come out very tasty.
  4. Pour the slightly cooled gelatin into the curd mass, mix thoroughly. Divide the resulting mixture into 2 equal parts, add cocoa powder to one of them.
