Ingredients:

  • 200 g flour

  • 100-120 g cheese
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • greens - 3 tbsp. l.

From this amount of products, a cake is obtained from 6-7 pancakes with a diameter of 16-17 cm.

Cooking:

Wash the zucchini and cut lengthwise into 4 pieces. In young zucchini, it is not necessary to remove the skin, but mature zucchini must be cleaned from both the skin and the seeds.
