Hello baking lovers and fans of my food blog! Today I’ll tell you about the recipe for buns with cheese and garlic from yeast dough, step-by-step cooking instructions are accompanied by understandable illustrations.

Buns will be a wonderful addition to any fornication and will easily replace bread. Their aroma and spicy taste will not leave anyone indifferent. The recipe is quite simple and will not make you disappear for hours in the kitchen.

6. Butter - 70 gr.

How to cook:

1. Pour warm water into a convenient bowl and add dry yeast to it. Let stand for a few minutes to let the yeast swell.

I add salt and sugar there, pour it in. Mix everything together thoroughly until smooth.

2. Now I break it into a mixture. I advise you to be very careful when buying eggs and take them only from trusted sellers. Before use, it is better to wash them under running water so that dirt from the shell does not transfer to the dish.

Mix well with a whisk. You don’t need to beat, it’s just that they are much more convenient to work with than a regular spoon.

3. sift through a fine sieve and add to the yeast mixture.

4. I knead soft elastic dough as follows. I add flour in small portions and mix all the time. First I use a spatula, when the dough becomes thick enough, I continue to knead with my hands.

5. Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil using a silicone brush, which allows you to evenly distribute everything.

I put the finished dough in it and cover it with cling film on top. I put the bowl in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.

6. Then I sprinkle the surface of the table or cutting board with flour and take out the risen, lush dough on it. Recipes can be found on my website.

7. Gently roll it into a round layer about a centimeter thick.

8. Now I'm starting to prepare the filling. To do this, melt in the microwave or in a water bath.

9. I chop the garlic very finely with a sharp knife.

10. Add it to the butter and mix.

11. Distribute the resulting mixture over the surface of the rolled dough.

I choose hard cheese. In this case, I have Parmesan, but any other will do. I rub it on a coarse grater and sprinkle it on the dough.

12. Top with salt and pepper to taste. Finely chop the parsley and spread it over the cheese.

13. I press the edges of the dough a little with my fingers and grease with water, in order to make it more convenient to fasten.

I roll the dough with the filling into a tight roll.

14. I cut the roll into pieces about 4 centimeters thick.

15. I cover the baking sheet with special parchment paper for baking, which is now available in any store. I spread the buns on paper and leave them in a warm place for an hour.

From above, you can cover them with a cotton towel.

16. After an hour, I preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease the risen buns with butter on top.
