  • 3 sheets of thin Armenian pita bread;

  • 350-400 gr minced meat (it is better to take pork and beef);
  • 1 PC. onion;
  • 250 ml of mayonnaise;
  • 70-100 gr of hard cheese;
  • a couple of cloves of garlic;
  • lettuce leaves;
  • salt + freshly ground black pepper;
  • dill or parsley.

Chop the peeled onion into small cubes. We clean the carrots and rub them on a coarse grater. Fry the onion in hot oil until golden brown. Then add carrots to the same pan. Let it simmer until softened.

Then add the minced meat to the vegetables. Salt the mixture and pepper it. Simmer the minced meat until tender, stirring the contents of the pan from time to time.

Cut the tomatoes into slices about 0.5 cm thick. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Grind the peeled garlic cloves with a garlic press and mix with homemade mayonnaise. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them. We cut greens finely.

  • 750 gr minced meat;
  • 5 eggs + 1 yolk;
  • 350-400 gr fresh mushrooms;
  • cold clean water;

  • 2 slices of bread;
  • freshly ground black pepper + salt.

Hard boil 3 eggs. We clean them and cut into cubes (about 1x1 cm).

Three carrots on a coarse grater. We chop one onion into small cubes, and chop the second in a blender into gruel. Mushrooms cut into thin slices.

Fry the chopped onion in hot oil until golden brown. Then add carrots and simmer. After we put the mushrooms in the pan, salt and pepper. We mix the contents and simmer on a medium flame of fire until the excess liquid has completely evaporated. Do not cover the pan with a lid.

We pass the bread soaked in water and well squeezed through a meat grinder. Mix this gruel with onion mass, minced meat and 2 eggs. Salt and pepper, add water to the composition. Mix the ingredients well and beat the minced meat. Separate about a quarter of the minced meat (selected in a bowl). And the rest of the meat mass is laid out on a food film. Surely only a small part of people from our region have heard about this dish. This is not surprising, because it has gained the greatest popularity in the Middle East. In simple terms, this is a casserole, the main ingredients of which are potatoes and minced meat. Let's go straight to the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • minced meat - 0.8 kg.
  • potatoes 0.5 kg or a little more.
  • egg 1 pc.
  • milk 1 tbsp.
  • tomato 3 pcs.
  • refined oil 60 g.
  • onion 2 heads.
  • hard cheese 100 g
  • flour 2 tbsp
  • salt, red and black pepper to your taste.

Cooking process:

  1. We prepare all the necessary components.
  2. Peel the onion, pat dry with paper towels and chop finely.
  3. We do a similar procedure with tomatoes, we make the cubes larger.
  4. Now we need to fry the onion a little until golden brown. It will take about 30 g of refined oil for this. Make a moderate fire and stir constantly.
  5. We put minced meat to the onion.
  6. Add tomatoes and other spices.
  7. Make a low fire and simmer the mass for 20 minutes, stir it from time to time.
  8. Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut into half-centimeter rounds.
  9. We heat up the oven. Meanwhile, lightly fry the potatoes over moderate heat for 15 minutes.
  10. Grease a baking sheet with oil and add half of the total volume of minced meat.
  11. Put a layer of potatoes on top.
  12. Now spread the second part of the minced meat on top and pour a little water.
  13. We put the mass in the oven and bake for half an hour at a temperature of 200 degrees.
  14. Dry the flour in a hot pan for about a minute.
  15. Beat the egg and grate coarsely hard cheese.

  16. Pour milk into the flour and keep on the stove for 5 minutes.
  17. Let the mixture cool, pour in the egg, salt and sprinkle with a little hard cheese.
  18. Pour the mass into a baking sheet with potatoes.
  19. Top with hard cheese.
  20. We put the dish in the oven for 10 minutes, bake at the same temperature.
  21. A sign of readiness is a golden color.
  22. Moussaka is fully cooked.

  • refined oil for dough 5 tbsp. and 1 tbsp. for frying.
  • hot water 1 tbsp.
  • pepper and salt to taste.

Cooking process:

  1. We prepare all the ingredients. It is worth noting that from this amount you get about 30 chebureks.
  2. First you need to sift the flour into a large container.
  3. Add 0.5 tsp. salt.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Add refined oil.
  6. Pour hot water and at the same time stir the flour with a spoon, then we are engaged in kneading the dough. As a result, it should turn out elastic and soft.
  7. Leave the dough for 30 minutes.
  8. Cut the onion into small cubes.
  9. Transfer the minced meat to another bowl, stir it until smooth.
  10. I put onion.
  11. Add pepper, salt and pour a little water for the juiciness of the meat.
  12. Thoroughly mix the mass.
  13. We tear off small balls from the dough and roll it into a thin layer.
  14. Let's start the fun! We put minced meat on one half of the dough, we cover it with the second.
  15. Try to blind the edges well so that there is no air inside.
  16. You can observe that the fork will give a kind of "comb".
  17. We put pasties on frying in boiling oil.
  18. It takes about 2 minutes to fry on one side.

How to cook cabbage rolls with minced meat

Our recipe for cabbage rolls is almost a classic, with only slight deviations.

Ingredients:

  • minced pork 0.3 kg.
  • onion 1 pc.
  • sour cream 2 tbsp
  • white cabbage 0.8 kg.
  • rice half a glass.
  • refined oil 2 tbsp.
  • pepper and salt to your taste.

Cooking process:

  1. We buy all the ingredients, start cooking by peeling the onion.
  2. Cut it as small as possible and fry until a slightly golden color appears. Leaves from cabbage should be boiled for about 5 minutes. You also need to boil the rice in salted water for about 5 minutes.
  3. We combine minced meat with onions - this will be the classic filling. Add spices and mix thoroughly.
  4. Remove thickening from cabbage leaves.
  5. We put minced meat on a sheet.
  6. Wrap one full time, then wrap the sheet on both sides.
  7. We do the same with each dove. There will be about 15 of them.
  8. We heat the pan, grease it with pre-refined oil, put the stuffed cabbage. Try to fill the entire plane.
  9. Sour cream and tomato paste must be combined together.
  10. Pour the sauce over the cabbage rolls.
  11. Pour another glass of water to the cabbage rolls so that they are half covered.
  12. We put a low fire and simmer the dish for about 40 minutes.
  13. Our delicious cabbage rolls are ready!

Have you already had cutlets? We found a replacement for them - kebab. It is made from lamb, many spices are added to it and baked. It does not include bread and eggs. In general, the dish is cooked on coals, but I do it in the oven.

Ingredients:

  • pork 0.5 kg.
  • mayonnaise 1 tbsp
  • onion 3 pcs.
  • a couple of cloves of garlic
  • egg 2 pcs.
  • pepper and other seasonings to your taste.

Cooking process:

  1. My pork, remove the film and cut into medium sticks.
  2. Now you need to twist the meat, it is advisable to take a large mesh, otherwise the minced meat will turn out to be too small.
  3. We clean the onion, cut it, then also twist it through a meat grinder.
  4. Put the minced meat together with the onion in a separate plate.
  5. Pour the eggs, add mayonnaise and pepper the minced meat, also do not forget about the crushed garlic.
  6. Mix the components together until a homogeneous mass is formed. Then leave the minced meat for several hours in the freezer so that it absorbs all the seasonings.
  7. We make small sausages, as in the photo, and lay them out for frying. Cuts will decorate the dish.
  8. Lula kebab will cook for about half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.
