  5. In the meantime, we pass the garlic through a garlic press or chop it with a knife as finely as possible. As soon as the pan is hot enough, it's time to put finely chopped onion and garlic into it.
  6. We fry them until light transparency, after which we put our minced meat and carrots in a pan. Mix all the ingredients with a wooden spatula and lower the heat a little.
  7. While the minced meat is fried, it's time to work on the cheese. We rub hard cheese and cheese on a coarse grater.

  10. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil, after which we put the first layer of the rolled dough into it. It is best to make its edges extend beyond the shape. After laying out the filling, they can be bent inward.


  11. We make a lot of holes on top with a fork so that air comes out through them.
  12. Crack an egg into a bowl and beat it until smooth, pepper a little and add vegetable oil. Lubricate the entire surface of our future pie with this mixture.
  13. We turn on the oven at 200 degrees and wait for it to fully warm up.
  14. We send the baking dish to the oven and bake our cake for about 40 minutes.

  6. We alternate the layers until there are no cakes or berries left.
  7. We generously cover the top and sides of our quick cake with cream, decorate with berries and crumbs from the remains of cakes.

The recipe includes the following ingredients:

  • peaches: two or three pieces;
  • creamy cottage cheese (60 g, room temperature);
  • low-fat (10-15%) sour cream - half a glass;
  • brown sugar (enough 2-3 tablespoons);

Let's start manufacturing.

If you want something more high-calorie and “serious”, you can use pork or beef. And not just meat, but minced meat from it will help speed up the process and add juiciness to the dish (the top of perfection is ground at home).

  • a pack of dough (weight 0.5 kg);
  • minced meat (pork, beef or mixed), 350 g;
  • testicles (2 pieces);
  • hard cheese (best of all "Russian") and cheese - 150 g each;
  • salt and ground pepper to taste;

Step by step preparation:
