breadcrumbs - 40 g;
butter - 30 - 50 g.

Step by step recipe:
We cut large inflorescences in half, leave small ones whole.
Generously roll the cabbage in breadcrumbs.
Fry it until golden brown over medium heat in pre-melted butter for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Serve as an independent dish or as a side dish for meat.
