Cherry tomatoes are the perfect product for making canapés, small and delicious. We will also need wheat croutons (you can buy ready-made ones, you can dry it yourself, who doesn’t like croutons - just cut pieces of white bread). Parsley sprigs, mustard and thin slices of smoked bacon.

Assembly is very easy. We spread a slice of bread with mustard, roll up the bacon and put it on the bread. From above we attach a sprig of greenery and press it with a finger. The tomato is already strung on a skewer, pricked from above. All! The first one went...


For this type of canape, we need pieces of a white loaf, thinly sliced ​​ham slices, round cucumber slices, small canned mushrooms and mayonnaise with eggs (grind the protein and yolk separately on a grater). Yes, there is also a green note - a sprig of parsley.

You will also need skewers and a cookie cutter to cut out the base of the bread. From one piece of loaf, 2 bases for canapés are obtained.

We string a small champignon mushroom in advance on a skewer. Put a slice of fresh cucumber on a piece of figuratively cut loaf.

It is better to take bacon in slices or ask the store to cut a whole piece for you, since it is unlikely that you will be able to cut it evenly and thinly. On a slice of bacon on one side put half a spoonful of mayonnaise and grated protein. Roll up the bacon.

Now we dip each end of our roll in mayonnaise and yolk.

Add a sprig of parsley between the mushroom and the roll. All this is pierced with a skewer to secure. The second version of the canape is ready.

This type of canape is probably the most difficult in terms of the cooking process, since we need to make round slices of bread, potatoes and also make an intermediate layer of soft white cheese.

Bread is needed Borodinsky - black and fragrant. Onions - feathers, potatoes need to be boiled in their uniforms and not peeled before slicing to make it easier to form our circles. We will free the herring from the stones with the help of tweezers, cut it into rectangular pieces - as in the photo, not small ones.

Also an important element - a confectionery or any other large-sized syringe - it will be convenient for them to form layers of canapes of the same shape, the appearance of our sandwiches will be very neat due to smooth edges.

First, cut the boiled potatoes in their skins into slices of medium thickness.

Now with a syringe we squeeze out a round from Borodino bread. With your finger, lightly press the bread layer into the syringe - make room for the cheese layer.

Scoop up the cheese with a teaspoon and tamp it on top of the bread into our syringe.

Squeeze out another round with a syringe mold - from potatoes.

Now we cut off the onion feather of the same length as our piece of herring and prick it on a skewer with a “sail”.

Now - the most interesting. We stick the skewer into the middle of the potato round and with a careful but clear movement squeeze out our round canapes with a piston.

Let's take a few slices of a white loaf, slightly salted red fish (by the way, I recently posted a chic one - be sure to check it out), pieces of pickled ginger, butter, lemon and dill.

Finely chop the green dill and mix with a piece of softened butter.

We cut circles from a loaf using any suitable shape.

Spread this oil on bread and prick a slice of lemon on a skewer.

Put a piece of ginger on one edge of the fish slice and roll it into a roll. We put the roll on the missed bread and prick the top with a skewer with lemon.

Very simple and very tasty!

Everything is very simple here - we cut hard cheese, bell pepper, pieces of canned pineapple into thick squares in advance and open a jar of pitted black olives.

Then peel them and cut into circles about 0.5 cm thick. Do not take very large potato tubers. It is desirable that their size corresponds in diameter to the size of a chicken egg.


2. Black bread, it is better to cut the Borodinsky variety into small squares so that their size approximately corresponds to the size of a potato circle. It is better to cut off the crusts.

Fry slices of bread in a pan. You can only dry them on a dry surface. And you can fry in a small amount of butter or olive oil.

3. Clean the herring from bones and skin and cut into small slices. To make the appetizer look beautiful, try to keep all the pieces looking the same in size and shape.


4. Prepare dressing. To do this, mix all the ingredients for it into a homogeneous mass.

5. All components are ready. Now it remains only to collect them. And here everything is very simple.

Red fish is always welcome on the festive table. Therefore, I propose to prepare a delicious little snack in this performance.

It only takes a few minutes to prepare.

We will need:

  • salmon - 100 - 150 gr
  • curd cheese - 100 - 150 gr
  • fresh cucumber - 1 - 2 pieces
  • bread for toast

Cooking:

1. Cut the toast bread into small pieces of the same size. You can cut them into squares and carefully cut off from all ends of the crust. You can, like ours, push the bread with a glass and get the same circles.

2. Cut the cucumber into rings about 0.6 - 0.7 cm thick. And put on each piece of bread.


3. Cut the salmon into long thin strips. Then spread cottage cheese on each piece and roll up. Adjust the size of the roll yourself.

And this is perhaps the easiest recipe for cooking. And how beautiful and delicious the finished dish looks!

We will need (for 10 pcs):

  • boiled shrimp - 10 pcs
  • small tomatoes - 4 - 5 pieces (you can cherry)
  • toast bread - 3 - 4 pieces

We will also need skewers for decoration.

Cooking:

1. Boil shrimp in lightly salted water for 2-3 minutes, depending on their size. It is better that they are larger, otherwise the snack will simply be lost on the table.

Then put them in a colander, drain the water and let dry. Then clean, removing the shell and head. The tail is also better to remove. Since the appetizer will turn out to be “one bite”, it is better that the tail does not interfere.

2. Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into slices. The main thing is that all circles, or halves, if it is cherry, are approximately the same.


3. Cut out any shape in the bread with a notch. If our tomatoes are cut into rounds, then it is better that the bread be cut as well.

4. Dry it a little in a dry frying pan. Make sure that the bread does not fry too much, otherwise the appearance of the snack will suffer. And you can not fry it at all, in this case it will turn out not crispy.
