Chocolate mannik on kefir in a slow cooker. Chocolate mannik in a slow cooker Mannik with hot chocolate in a slow cooker recipe

Step 1: prepare semolina and sour cream.

First of all, 40-60 minutes before the start of cooking, spread the butter on the countertop, let it soften, that is, it will become elastic. After that, pour the semolina into a small bowl and loosen it with a clean hand, while removing rubbish of any kind, for example, pebbles or very often found husks. Then pour the grits with medium-fat sour cream, mix everything thoroughly with a tablespoon and leave the resulting mass to swell for about 20–30 minutes or until the rest of the ingredients are ready.

Step 2: prepare wheat flour.

Then, using a sieve with a fine mesh, we sift wheat flour into a clean bowl, preferably of the highest grade. Due to this process, it gets rid of various debris, becomes looser and dries, which has a very positive effect on any pastries.

Step 3: Prepare eggs with sugar.

After that, with the back of the knife, we beat each chicken egg in turn and send the whites with yolks to a clean deep bowl. Pour granulated sugar there, put everything under the mixer blades or a special blender nozzle and turn on the kitchen appliance at medium speed. We begin to beat the products, gradually increasing the speed as the mass thickens.

As soon as it acquires a viscous structure and increases in volume by about 2–2.5 times, and this will take about 15–20 minutes, stop working and move on.

Step 4: prepare the dough.

We introduce baking powder, vanilla sugar into the egg mass and again shake everything with a mixer or blender for 2–3 seconds, but at low speed. Then we begin to pour the sifted wheat flour into this bowl. We act gradually, throwing it up in small portions and whipping the products, without increasing the speed of the kitchen appliance.
Then we put there one hundred grams of softened butter, cocoa powder and semolina swollen in sour cream. We increase the speed of the machine to an average level, knead a semi-thick viscous dough without lumps and proceed to the next step.

Step 5: bake chocolate mannik in a slow cooker.

We turn on the plug of the multicooker into an outlet, insert a special bowl into its recess, grease the Teflon bottom, as well as suggestion of the side of the dish with the remaining ten grams of butter and pour the chocolate-semolina dough into it.

We cover the kitchen appliance with a tight-fitting lid, install it on its scoreboard "Baking" mode for 1 hour while doing other important things. As soon as the “smart” technique turns off, announcing this with an appropriate sound signal, we are in no hurry to open it, leave the mannik in it until it cools down, which is approximately for 1 more hour, in any case, it will not settle, like the one that is baked in the oven.

Only after that we install a steaming container on the surface of the cake, holding the Teflon bowl with a kitchen towel, very carefully turn it upside down and lift it up, the pastry will be on a small pedestal.

We hook it with a kitchen spatula, move it to a large flat dish, cool it to room temperature, decorate it with any delicacies if desired, and offer the whole family to taste the resulting yummy!

Step 6: serve chocolate mannik in a slow cooker.

Chocolate mannik in a slow cooker is served warm or cold as a dessert. Before serving, it is transferred to a tray or a large flat dish, optionally decorated with powdered sugar, any creams, smeared with jam, jam, soaked in honey, condensed milk, poured with melted chocolate and decorated with fresh finely chopped fruits or berries, in general, decor is a matter everyone's taste. Then the pie is divided into portions, distributed on plates and put on the table along with fresh, only brewed hot or cold drinks, such as tea, coffee, cocoa, juice, compote, jelly, yogurt or whatever you like. Cook with love and enjoy homemade cakes!
Bon appetit!

Instead of pure vanillin, you can use 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar or liquid essence of this spice;

An alternative to baking powder is baking soda, but it needs less, one teaspoon without a slide is enough, and sour cream is medium-fat kefir;

Some housewives add pre-chopped nuts or dried fruits and dried berries to the semolina dough, for example, strawberries, raisins, prunes, dried apricots, and many others;

The taste of this pastry is quite sweet and somewhat reminiscent of a truffle cake, but if you prefer less rich pies, it is better to adjust the amount of sugar to taste;

This dish was prepared in a Brand 502 multicooker with a capacity of 5 liters and a power of 850 W, but the recipe is also suitable for other kitchen appliances of this type.

How to cook chocolate mannik on kefir in a slow cooker

To prepare the test for manna, first of all, it is necessary to soak the semolina in kefir, mixing thoroughly. The mass will be dense, as it should be. Leave for 30 minutes to swell.

In a separate container, beat the eggs with sugar, it is best to do this with a mixer. Add pre-melted margarine or butter to the whipped mixture.

Whisk. After that, pour the mixture into the swollen semolina, add soda and beat thoroughly.

The dough for manna is somewhat dense, but it easily pours into the multicooker bowl. It is better to lubricate it with a small amount of oil from the inside so that the manna does not stick to the bottom. After the dough has been poured into the multicooker bowl, it must be placed in the multicooker and select the “Baking” cooking mode, setting 50 minutes.

After the timer beeps, turn off the heating and, after waiting 5 minutes, open the lid. Run a silicone spatula along the sides of the baked manna and invert it onto a plate.

Mannik on kefir with chocolate will lie upside down, and since its bottom looks beautiful, no additional decorations are required.

Airy mannik with chocolate flavor made from the most common ingredients. It turns out quite high, with a light texture. If desired, the manna can be soaked, but to layer the layers with cream - there will be a problem, because it crumbles too much. Mannik can be baked both in a slow cooker and in the oven; two baking methods will be described in the recipe. It would be best to decide in advance to bake the mannik, because the semolina will need to be soaked in kefir for a while, thereby allowing the cereal to swell.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 glass of kefir
  • 180 g margarine or butter
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g sugar
  • 9 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder (or 0.5 tsp slaked soda)

How to cook mannik with cocoa in a slow cooker:

As mentioned above, you need to pre-soak semolina in kefir, the proportion of one glass of semolina to one glass of kefir. This mixture should stand for 30 minutes to 2 hours, whichever is more convenient for you.

Prepare margarine or butter by melting it in a slow cooker or microwave.

Crack an egg into the swollen semolina, add granulated sugar, mix. Then pour in the melted margarine or butter, stir again.

In a separate bowl mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. It is better to sift the flour, because of this procedure, the manna will become more magnificent.

Combine both mixtures and stir until smooth, without lumps.

Lubricate the multi-cooker bowl with oil, pour the dough. In a small multicooker Panasonic with a volume of 2.5 l bake mannik for 60 minutes.

At the signal, take out the semolina cake with the help of a steam basket, put it on a plate and paint as you wish.

How to bake mannik in the oven:

The baking dish can be taken both iron and silicone. Usually, the mold is buttered before baking so that the finished pastry slips out easily. And pour the dough. The baking time in the oven will be 40 minutes, the baking temperature is 180 degrees. Remove the finished mannik from the mold and cool.

We thank Svetlana Tuktagulova for the recipe for the multicooker!

Multicooker Panasonic 10. Power 490 W.

1 st. semolina,
1.5 st. curdled milk or kefir,
1.5 st. Sahara,
1 st. flour,
0.5 packs of margarine or butter,
3 eggs,
1 tsp soda,
0.5 tsp salt,
4 tbsp cocoa.

Cooking:For cottage cheese balls: 200 g cottage cheese, 1 egg, 8 tbsp. coconut flakes, 3 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour. First, mix yogurt with salt and semolina. While we are doing the following steps, the semolina in yogurt will swell. Prepare the mixture for the curd balls by mixing all the ingredients (cottage cheese, egg, coconut flakes, sugar and flour). From the resulting mass we blind balls, slightly larger than a walnut and send them to the freezer. In general, according to the original recipe, they need to stay there for at least half an hour, but I had about fifteen minutes while I cooked and photographed the rest. We continue to make dough. Whisk eggs with sugar.

We mix the mass of curdled milk with semolina and the egg mixture, add soda, quenched with vinegar, and margarine melted and cooled to room temperature. Sift the flour into the liquid mixture mixed with cocoa. If cocoa is added separately, it can be difficult to mix, as it is light and begins to dust, but when mixed with flour, this is much easier.

Lubricate the slow cooker or baking dish with oil, pour the dough, dip the curd balls into the dough. I have a multicooker bowl with an inner diameter of 21 cm. There is a lot of dough along with balls, this should be taken into account if you bake in the oven, the form should be high and spacious, detachable for baking cakes for cakes is best. Given the amount of dough and the fact that the slow cooker heats up gradually, I set a fairly long time - 1 hour 30 minutes. In the oven, baking at a temperature of 180 degrees will take from 50 minutes to an hour, it is clear that you will have to control the readiness.

In the slow cooker, no control is needed, it will give a signal itself. Insert the steamer basket and turn the bowl over. Here is such a magnificent and beautiful mannik in a slow cooker. Absolutely evenly baked, not burnt anywhere and with a very beautiful even shape. If you need a browned crust on the other side, you need to put the upside down cake back into the bowl and hold it on the multicook for 10 minutes at a temperature of 120 degrees. Mannik turns out to be amazingly tasty, very chocolatey with fragrant cottage cheese and coconut pieces inside.

For mannik:

  • 1 glass of semolina;
  • 1 glass of white flour / s;
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 1 glass of kefir or yogurt;
  • 1 large egg;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of cocoa;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 0.5 teaspoon of soda;
  • 1 sachet (10 g) vanilla sugar

For cream:

  • 1.5 cups of heavy cream (15-20%);
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar;
  • 3 art. spoons of sugar;
  • 3 art. spoons of strawberry jam.

Cooking process:

Mix semolina with kefir and leave to stand for 30 minutes. Melt the butter. Sift the flour, mix it with sugar, cocoa and soda. Add egg, sugar with cocoa, flour and soda, melted butter, vanilla sugar to semolina with kefir. Mix everything well (you can use a mixer).

Turn on the multicooker in the "Baking" ("Frying") mode, warm the bowl (3-4 minutes) and grease it with oil. Pour the dough into the pan and set the time - 50 minutes.

After the signal, leave the cake in the pan for another 15 minutes without opening the multicooker. Then test the cake for doneness with a match or wooden toothpick - it should be dry when pierced in the center of the cake.

Tip the multi-pot onto a wire rack (or an upside-down steamer) and let the casserole cool completely.

In the meantime, prepare the cream: beat the cold cream with a mixer at high speed (it takes about 5-6 minutes to get the cream of the desired consistency). Continuing to beat, add the sugar, strawberry jam and vanilla sugar to the cream. Blend for another minute.

mannik for two cakes. Smear the cuts with cream and connect them. Spread the remaining cream over the top and sides of the cake.

Garnish with caramel or chocolate chips, or anything else of your choice.
Everything, a healthy, tasty and safe children's dessert is ready! It can decorate the table both for a holiday and on weekdays.
