Then knead on the table by hand until the mass stops sticking, and, wrapping it in polyethylene, put it in the freezer.

To make dumplings tasty, you need to know a few secrets:

  1. Do not roll out the dough too thin.
  2. Roll out better in a cool room.
  3. To prevent the mass from becoming weathered, it must be covered with a clean towel or bowl.
  4. It is desirable to prepare the filling in such a way that it does not release liquid when heated, which will spill through the test shell.
