We cut the leaves into wide strips, although you can put them whole - the taste does not suffer from this, and it’s easier to stuff pita bread than with small pieces. Put spinach on one side of the pita bread, put a layer of tomatoes on it and sprinkle with chopped tofu on top. How to stuff thin pita bread, which is dry without these additives? There is an alternative: it is necessary to soak half a glass of peeled sunflower seeds in water, and after three hours grind it with a blender into a puree, while rinsing or draining the remaining water is not necessary. Add to the mass 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice, a little salt to taste and a crushed clove of garlic for flavor.

If it is a little dry, then you can add one or two tbsp. spoons of sour cream: the mass should be similar to whipped cream, but with small particles of cottage cheese. We wash the berries with running water, dry them on a napkin. We cut the large ones into two or four parts, and the small ones, like blueberries and raspberries, go whole. We generously spread the curd mass on the spread out pita bread with a spoon, sprinkle abundantly with berries, the number of them is the same as that of the curd. We turn the pita bread into a roll and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour, then cut it into rolls with a sharp knife and pour berry sauce on serving or put two or three scoops of ice cream. If you want a full extravaganza of taste, then you can pour chocolate syrup and sprinkle with chopped walnuts - the kids will be incredibly happy with such a belly feast.

You can simplify the task, and beat the cottage cheese, along with berries and sugar, with a blender into a uniform cream and spread it on pita bread, wrapping it as usual.   • If the stuffed pita bread holds its shape well, the filling does not crumble in it, then you can cut it into four parts: you will get columns about 4-5 cm high. Put them on a round dish in the form of a rosette, and between them picturesquely spread sprigs of fresh parsley and lemon slices .
  • Cut the softer roll diagonally into thin slices and arrange on a dish in the form of a peacock's tail, decorating the middle of each slice with an olive.
